I was about fifteen when this happened... Now, as a 23 year old, woman and mother it still kills me inside. This guy will burn in hell for eternity. Sierra was a good person, and her future was ripped away from her. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her and all the kindness she showed me while I knew her.
He murdered my family in cold blood. Period. His son was not put out there to testify because he gave the police a statement concerning his where abouts while this clown was killing everyone in that apartment. i still blame the police for not doing their job and serving that protective order. At the wake there was 4 caskets. This fool should had been given the death sentence.

Arabia Burton protective order or not he still would have killed them. A piece of paper does nothing to stop a killer. The system makes it too hard for victims. You need too much proof to even get an order. You actually have to almost be dead to get an order or they don't believe you. In this case I don't believe that order would have stopped him.

He must not understand that when you file an appeal, the merits of the case are no longer at question (guilty or not guilty) - the only thing being questioned is the process.

Nah too humane life is worse death sentence takes about 15 yrs or so to execute life however takes much longer in his case cuz prison keeps you healthy generally he will live a long miserable life
I saw this guy's interview.and I have more than symphony for the lost of his family.let's pray for him,and God will help him to see clearly.What he went through could have been so devistating it's causing him not to think straight, and he's trying to gather his thoughts,remember a hard blow can damage more than you think.let's pray for him he needs our prayers and if God has forgiving him, who can do anything about it - no one.for if his innocent he will be delivered.based this upon innocent have been sentence as guilty then find out years later they were innocent.so don't point those fingers yet remember three fingers are being pointed back at you.So let's pray for him.and if it's possible let him know that you are praying for him.then it will encourage him to pray.and read his bible.read.read.read pray.pray.pray.
He killed his family... I knew right away that he was guilty, by looking at the thumbnail.. He just have that guilty look on his face. He doesn't even act like a husband and father, that has lost his family in such a brutal way! An innocent person would not behave the way he's behaving! He's acting like a person that just got locked up for something simple like a traffic violation and he'll be getting out in a few hours.. He's very cool, calm, and collected. SMH, he can claim he's innocent here on earth BUT The Lord knows the truth!
All these fellas with life sentences always think there is a chance of getting out. Even while guilty they think there is a chance (0.01% chance). I get it no one wants to be in jail but it’s almost as if it’s something they expected. They count on capitalizing off an error made during the trial by the prosecution.
