This is why I like her, because when everyone was being serious, she was up there cracking jokes. She always makes things funny :) I think everyone being so serious was making her nervous though.
she has a total child like innocence, like raw honesty. Thats beautiful and beats any kind of looks :) People should be encouraged to be more open and less serious, lifes not forever.. learn to accept yourself and laugh at yourself while doing it ;)
P sure she was high lmao she talked about hitting her brother’s bong before an oscars one year but wouldn’t say if it was when she won... what do you think 😂
I don't understand how people can not love Jennifer Lawrence. Talented, Gorgeous, and a person that doesn't let fame get to her. Love how she handles herself.
She's awesome. She's so down to earth, and talks like any normal person would be. She's not like all those 'stars' that look fake all the time and use aways the same standard pre-prepared phrases and that's what makes her awesome.
Jennifer's vulnerability in that moment is truly moving, and it reminds us of the profound impact that recognition and success can have on an individual's life. The emotions that overwhelm her are raw and authentic. ❤
Are the questions for Oscar winners usually this bad? That "peek too early" question is just like asking a new mom if she is worried about her baby being a drug addit in near future.
+Raymond Mack she has admitted that Meryl is the best in several interviews.... she even talks about following her around at an event just to stare at her....she loves Meryl Streep... do some research
I love how she jokes around, but all of the questions that have no artistic value after question 1, she's just like, 'that's not important, here's a vague response.' & it's always funny & not offensive, so journalists can't really be mad that they didn't get an answer. so cute! ♡
100%. The questions are offensively shallow and she just deflected, probably not even consciously, by giving really short answers. Also the only appropriate answers to something as dumb as "what went through your mind when you fell?"
you can totally tell that she does not want to be there. I bet before she was like "damn it. gotta go do that fucking interview. better down a shot so it's a little more bearable
What's interesting about that phenomenal girl is that: Katniss Everdeen in the story unknowingly wins an audience just by being herself. Now we all can see why Jennifer Lawrence perfectly fits the character.
That was so funny when Jennifer said at 3:28 I feel like I'm picking people to make fun of me, and the woman that calls out the numbers says at 3:32, I'm really not...
I love how she doesn't care that she is famous, she just acts completely normal and even if she is insane she doesn't care she isn't like some of those famous people who are completely fake!
I love this person, because of her nature. She never fails to be funny whenever on an Interview, but on the other hand the way she did serious roles in her acting career. I think she smiles a lot, stay happy and make other people laugh is the reason she is so graceful.
I can watch this over and over and never get bored! She is wonderful and I love her attitude! She is so down to earth. She's the kind of person I'd love to be friends with.
This is what makes a celebrity actually likeable. Someone you can relate to, that is down to earth and genuine. We need more people like this instead of being so formal and uptight all the time.
this epic piece of film shows up to me in early 2021 to my YT scramble, and all I can say is that Jennifer's reactions are nothing but Legendary! Our world needs Much Much more of what she has going on here, its Great!!
I love her. She's so normal! I act like that, even. She just seems like the type of person you'd love to be friends with. Jennifer, I love you so much!! You're awesome!!
My two cents on Ms. Lawrence begins with her brief, direct answer on mental health which was perfect and indicative of her intelligence. Then, despite the ignorant, sycophantic, celebrity worship questions (here and elsewhere), she is always in control. She smiles, laughs, and answers one silly question after another logically and with her own little twist. To me, it seems like she is amazed by the absurdity of it all. She's talented, and funny, and she seems honest and genuine. In addition to the wonderful persona, she's blessed with a boat load of healthy, natural, mid-western beauty. I've lived and worked in LAlaland for 30+ years, and I've never understood or cared for the whole celebrity thing. Just the other day I heard some moron call her "J Law." Okay, I know I'm old and don't "get it" but I heard that and thought, oh boy here we go... they're already trying to take away her name. Which reminds me, she was totally miscast in _American Hustle_. They gave her that roll because of her star power, not for her career or to make a better movie. Still, I think she's smart, and I hope she's well managed. She seems like a really great kid. Like so many others, I'm pulling for her happiness and continued success. I just hope the Hollywood crowd doesn't make a mess of her life like they have with so many others.
The "J Law" thing isn't about taking away her name, it's just an abbreviation, lol. Like how people call Angelina Jolie "Angie" or Beyonce "Bey". It's just because they have relatively lengthy names.
Forest Que ...No, it's just because her name is long. She said herself she's been called JLaw since grade school. Same way people call Jennifer Lopez, JLo. It's literally JUST a nickname.
Very well said ParallaxVue, you said everything that I was thinking in my mind and how I felt about her but, couldn't figure out how to put it in words ;) And for that, I thank you :)
Reporters are universally stupid. "What were you thinking when you fell down? How did you get ready for the event? If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be?"
Never even heard of this girl until today (30 March ‘21) but I like her. Whatever trophy she won, I’m sure she deserved it. She certainly knows how to kick the pegs out from those people asking those questions. She’ll probably be very successful in whatever she does. Thank you for posting this video.
