By raw mango you mean green mango or will not so ripe and not so green mango do as well?

Yes even an unripe mango will do the job if it has that tangly flavour. The mango we used was greenish yellow.

Lol .. Even mixing salt & turmeric in the Grinder 😂 Just grind the coriander leaves, you can mix all those powders later.

Marinade is too thin, I think.. It should be a little more thicker
