I made this today as my protein shake prior to my workout this evening. Thank you soo much Mrs. Debbie, it is a delicious punch indeed. Fresh, and energizing. Just what is needed prior to a workout.

Miss Debbie I use the Malta to make Malta chicken. I make the chicken like I'm making stew chicken but instead of using water I use Malta. Try it, I'm sure you will love it.
