Thank you for sharing your videos and being so open and honest. My son will be 3 on the 9th of May and we have been really struggling with meltdowns recently and I am finding it all really hard mentally so it helps to see other people sharing the hard stuff too so we don’t feel alone 💕

Are you 100% sure about wanting an open plan layout? I lived in a new build with a separate kitchen and living room and I thought an open plan layout would be so much better. But now I’m living in a house where the kitchen and living areas are all one room and it’s a nightmare! Whenever I cook dinner I’m always so worried that my 5 year old can just run right up to the oven and he’s tall enough to reach the hob now, it’s a constant stress - just something to think about 😊
Great channel. Just what i've been looking for Liv. Love your honest account of adhd. I don't want to diagnose myself but i'm pretty sure I have it. I can never just get on. It's either 100% and more or i just can't motivate myself to do anything. I've been like this since I was little. I struggle most when the kids go to school. I have to be mam when theyre here. But when theyre not in, i have to push myself not to have nap or go to sleep until the school run. You are doing so well for your little boy. My daughter has autism so i know how u feel with the stress that comes along with that. Please take more time for yourself to be Liv and not Mum. Much love from up north ❤

I like two videos please 😊 I love the clean, declutter series. My daughter has just started the journey with her 7 yr old to get a diagnosis. They think autism & adhd. Does Arlo sleep at night? My daughter has just bought her lad a weighted blanket & she says he’s sleeping a lot better now. She’s also started to claim dla for him even though she hasn’t got a diagnosis yet. Xx

It's like a 5* holiday a solo B&M trip. Just something about open plan to think about is how cold it is and how much it costs to heat in the colder months which is 11 months a year 😂 and cooking smells especially if your hood isn't vented outside. I love your videos makes me feel not alone, so thank you ❤ xxz
That makes a good point but I just love the layout and having it separate in my existing home has been a pain. I will say the living room is still separate so it’s just kitchen dining together. And isn’t a solo b and m trip just the best 😍😍 hope you are ok lovely xxxx
Hi Liv, I have a 10 and 7 year old non verbal autistic girls, both struggle with sleep, maybe look into a weighted blanket, and a weighted vest for your little 1, there very beneficial for sleep and regulating sensory input. Xxx
Was that your dad’s garden you showed? It was amazing, soooo beautiful 😍 regarding your house I’m a great believer in things happen for a reason & the right one will happen and you’ll know it. Also I was the same with anti depressants I was numb & all I wanted to do was sleep. I couldn’t function so I went back to the drs & I tried another tablet that worked so much better. Obviously I’d give it time, I gave mine about 6 months before I realised they didn’t help me personally. Have a great weekend lovely ❤😊xx
Thanks for this advice it’s definitely a struggle with the tablets but going to give it a bit more time, hope you are doing ok now lovely. And I’m the same what will be will be 💓 yess my dads partners a professional gardener hehe so they do have an advantage there stunning isn’t it. And they’ve managed to make it have so much character and charm which is hard to do in a new build garden 🪴 xx
@@athomewithliv it’s a beautiful garden. Yes I came off my tablets eventually. I still suffer with anxiety & feel down from time to time but life isn’t easy is it. I take one day at a time. How beautiful has it been today, it definitely helps lift the mood ☀️ xx
Hi Liv :) I just wanted to say that I enjoy your channel its real life and its motivational. I am now starting my own tiny little channel and although the vids need improvement it good to start somewhere. (Not trying to self promote x just a small thank you for the motivation Liv)😀 Oh and my nephew went through the same as your son is with some tantrums xx It does get easier you are doing amazing. It was very hard for him at first 🤩but he learned to manage his feelings and communicate a bit better as he got a bit bigger x

Liv, we're in the same position as you. We're in a 2 bed that looks the same as your layout, and we want a 3 bed (we've got 2 kiddos!) And I would love open plan. But we're looking at houses we can potentially convert 😊 they seem to be more affordable and alot the the houses have walls which can be knocked through! Keep an open mind babe, it'll work out ❤

Absolutely not 😂 we're on top of each other but we're muddling through! They're so little at the moment that they don't care one bit about the space, they just want to be WITH US (all day every day, yeah its alot 😂) ❤ Ahh that's such a shame! Hi Liv, been watching you for ages now but I rarely comment 😊 I've been on & off antidepressants since 1997. I'm currently taking Duloxetine for depression & allegedly to help with my Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 😢 I never do anything for myself as I have both parents living with me who I have to take care of. It's so hard, but I just have to get on with it xxx

Hey thanks lovely for offering to help. Its mainly the extreme meltdowns and behavioural issues, along with some sensory issues. To start with, I questioned whether it was just toddler behaviour but I soon came to realise Arlo was a lot more different than other children I came across. When he goes into his meltdown state, it can last a couple of hours of screaming and hurting himself. Its not nice for anyone so want to get some support for him. I have always wanted to put him into a Montessori school, I think he'd thrive In that environment xx
