Crazy thought… when I’m feeling super depressed the whole nude colour theme thing is appealing af. It just felt more peaceful in my mind that was struggling with huge life changes.
My advice for anyone burning out and not feeling good enough. Pick one thing, onr thing that makes you feel like you have won. That could be to wash up or strip the beds, having a bath or hoovering. If you do more, great if you do less then try again tomorrow. No one on e on their death bed wished they cleaned more. So your task: 1 thing for the house 1 thing for the family 1 thing for you

I was on 200mg of Sertraline for around 18 months, and I felt like they had stopped working, too. I was antidepressant free for nearly a year when things started to get bad again. I went back on 150mg Sertraline, to eventually get changed to 30mg of Citalopram. I was on them for about 6 months when I got changed over to 15mg of Mirtazapine. They were absolutely amazing until I felt like they stopped. I'm now on 30mg of Mirtazapine and seeing how things go. I suffer from depression but for the past year, my main thing has been crippling health anxiety!! I'm waiting for CBT, but I'm going in to my 14th week of being on a waiting list.... all fun and games.
I think any little one is fortunate to have a warm bed, a roof over their head, a full tummy and a beautiful & loving mum to dote on them. The thing is, as children grow, they naturally want to express themselves anyway! Beige can be coloured over, it’s nice to start with a blank canvas and let it grow WITH them as their interests and personalities develop. I wish this mum / parent shaming would stop! You’re wonderful and he’s a happy, smiling baby boy, that’s all that matters 💗
For baby #3, I’m leaning towards sad beige mom. My house is already loud, busy, overstimulating. I don’t want to be overstimulated just looking at my baby. Calm, soft, simple makes way more sense.

Honestly there are some lovely places in Northamptonshire but equally there are some places I would avoid at all costs 😅 I live hear it’s not too bad as I’m in a village I have 2 local towns one which is fine but has nothing there & one which hopefully will be nice when it’s rebuilt which I think ends in a couple of years 😅 xx
Love Arlos room. Looks fab. I had to throw a full wardrobe of clothes out due to mould. It was against an outside wall. Its because of the cold and it creates moisture behind whatever you place against the wall. I hope you have put the wardrobe against an inside wall with it being metal. Im worried for you. I know the stress it causes. Get some damp traps from bnm and put them in the wardrobe x

Sorry you’re going thru this! I tried sertraline once and had a reaction that actually sounded a lot like what you described at the soft play place - feeling out of body and sensory hypersensitivity. Not sure if you’ve tried other meds but SNRIs worked better for me than SSRIs. Just sharing on the off chance that it’s useful. This is easier said than done I know, but don’t believe those thoughts and feelings that you’re a burden. They’re not true and you don’t need proof. Your little one is adorable btw!! 💙💙
When i tell you im so happy your channel came up on my suggested. I have twin boys who have just turned three. Both are on the ASD pathway. When i tell you some days i just stay home with them because its easier to manage. I feel so guilty about it too. We do what we can with the cards we have been dealt. Wishing you all the love xx
No fucks given, is the way to go Momma! I did the same, the medications made me feel worse. But I started to get out, walking and enjoying nature and boy, best thing I ever did for myself. Good for you! Be aware of how you are feeling though. Be safe!
