Amazing tour of factory. Best Forestry Mulcher. Bet the ground mulcher would work good in some soils, less regrowth.

Trip sounded great. Am sure TMC will look after you if you get into mechanical trouble with your equipment. It really helps to have a great relationship with the manufacturer of your kit. Very interesting as well. A friend bought his children a trials motorcycle, a Gas Gas, which is Spanish. Beautifully made and even me with my weight could lift the front wheel in 3rd. It was onl;y a 125cc. Thanks, that was a treat to watch, just like the rest of your videos. Having a job that is fun, really does pave the way for a happy life. God Bless :)

Excellent video, Davin! That tour of the factory answered many of the questions I had regarding TMC Cancela. The quality of design and assembly along with attention to detail is very evident. I wish I could have taken that tour also.

Stay safe there Davon, have a good time there brother! You should be able to see the Running of the Bulls, I watch it on Utube and it’s awesome Davon! Have fun! It’s called Fabrication brother, that’s what I did for 37 years as a Certified Welder! I’ve had to do buildup on cutters like those for the plants here in Lake Charles, we put some bad to the bone hard surfacing on the cutters called DurMat! It takes a diamond disk to grind it! A normal grinding wheel won’t even make a spark on that stuff! The company we were doing it for was a German company that built a plant here! It’s always cool to see a production line! You should go see the process at a paper mill too, it’s a cool process too seeing a liquid mush of wood chips cooked down and turned into paper! Really awesome to see! I’ve seen all this because I worked in a Machine/Fabrication Shop and we did the welding and the machinists did all the machine work and assembly and sometimes we helped them assemble the jobs!

Very insightful! I like things like this - most people (like me) will never get to see. I know absolutely nothing about the machinery you use, but after watching so many of your videos, I believe that the TMC you're running is the best mulcher you've used. Thanks for this video! PS: You should've got a 2 hour flight north, to England and popped in for a coffee. :)

Most large tractors over here have front linkage and pto and thats fasttrac massy john deere class etc etc and there beasts raw power lift up to 8 ton some of them😊

Great tour! I would definitely put TMC Cancela high on the list for my next mulching head. Did you buy one or just demoing it? I assume two sided PTO attachment rotates both directions, are the teeth two sided or do you have to turn the teeth around depending on how you are running it? Have any of the manufactures told you the expected life of the head bearings, I can't find that info anywhere? Sorry for all of the questions, like you I geek out on this stuff.

Very very cool, you can really tell they manufacture a quality product. One thing I noticed on the last flail mower with the front and rear mount you showed us. It looks like the mower body has 2 hydraulic cylinders, one on the front and the other on the rear that allow the mower to side shift left and right. Do they make a mulcher that would fit a large front end loader like a Cat 966? Thanks for bringing us along for the tour.

So let me get this manufacturing sequence straight, you explained/mentioned it at least 18 times. Nearly finished pristine parts come into the receiving docks, and they slap some gorilla tape, bungie cords, ratchet straps, decals, bailing wire, and caulking on them in assembly, and you get a mulcher out the other end, that's what I came away with.

So, what happen to, Made in the U.S.A !?!?

We never got to see the Lighthouse. 😪
