Me and my brother booked rapido auto to go to rushikonda , driver drove that ride as if he is in highway, suddenly a speed breaker came, he can't control the vehicle, my brother fell down and almost went into the wheels . After this tragedy we went to hospital with minor injuries but after one week we came to know that my spine got injured and my brother's back also injured, we called rapido to atleast bare the hospital bills. They simply said we won't provide any insurance for that but if you will die we will pay money. As a founder if you can change anything please do it. How can a customer know whether the driver drunk?

As i am a Rapido rider. My opinion is the Rapido company will take more commession than others. Nearly they will charge a commession of 30% from Driver.I think this is not a fair commession. they have to reduce it for 15%.

HI Guys I am also Captin in Repindo but where is the main problem that you are taking 18% it is too much because in 300 ride they are giving 185 to the rider if you take 125 then the rider will have a problem. The bike is ours, the petrol is ours, the tire is old, the engine is old. They are taking the extract without it. WHAT IS MY REQUEST IS AS POSIBEL AS GIVE RIDER TO MORE MONEY.

Because of rapido high commission all captains asks cancel the ride I will drop😊😊😊 Most of the rapido rides will be cancelled and proceed with ride😊😊 But market lo rapido Ane Peru high that's why rapido booking are high😊
But rapido has its challenges with taxi and auto unions i have used rapido in different States but the response from Kolkata and indore guys is not that good ,but our telugu guys accept every state ppl so different people from all over india are coming and working here
Congratulations for your 25th podcast bro My question is - What I have absorbed is their is so much fare difference in Hyderabad and banglore. Can you ask him why is this happening bro. Example- In Hyderabad 10km I paid 70-80 rupees but same 10km in banglore I paid 180 rupees. Note - On bike ride.

I Want to add something here.. Rapido is not at all working in Anantapur like small cities here petrol Price itself is 120 per litre we can ride upto 40-50km max here.. so in rapido they giving 7-10 Rupees per km.. max .. and also if ride cancelled by customer.. ride was waste.. so max to max if someone works 150-200 Rupees per litre petrol they are going to earn.. how its benificial.. and also bikes maintenance is big prblm.. so please increase the per km price upto 20Rs then it will be motivate us to do rides in Anantapur like cities.. or else it such a waste.. and also when customer books the ride we are not able to see drop location.. that's the big minus heree
I felt very bad about Rapido oka telugu person iee he is doing some fraud.. He is charging amount for helmets from rapido captain and Charging soo much % charges from captains. He is not providing rain coat for them too bad. Sure one day your business will go in losses..In rapido they will not show fare price to captain and location details also. I suggest everyone to use uber or ola don't use rapido big fraudsters. One of rapido agent only said for me..

This Podcast is definitely one of the best from you and your team, I also assumed Rapido was founded by Non-Telugu Guy or some Foreign Company. I watched the entire podcast and got inspired. Definitely, one day some founder will say to this podcast is the reason for his startup. And gives a lot of insights to Telugu-speaking guys who can think of startups other than just routine work in corporate companies in this generation of students and employees. ( 20 to 40 year age) . Please continue this kind of podcast with those who were successful startups with Middle-class backgrounds and studied in Normal colleges but whose Passion makes them successful.

Look founder of rapido i cant found any reason that why should a rider pay your company 18% of commission and another 12% of gst and handling charges. Your company is a blood sucking warms. Rapido will be a disaster when a new company comes with a weekly subscription plan to the drivers as a service charge
