I just get dark chocolate, melt it in a double boiler, whisk in some soy milk, and stir until combined. Then just top it with coco whip and some vegan marshmallows. Delicious, quick, and perfect for cold nights.

@@magdalenavegan Everytime I eat a bunch of BS junk food/heavy/overeating I feel hot too. Every time I burn myself I feel hot. Therefore I found the solution to cold. Interpretation is key.

You get the warmth, by eating larger quantities of fresh plant greens, or fruits you are attracted to. These items must be in a ripe state. Proof: dice up say a pile of green plants & put in a plastic bag. Note, how over time, warmth is continually given off, just like what would occur in a healthy stomach. If you cook these same plants, then what happens, is that the ingredients soon cool down & remain cold. My horses were never rugged & remained warm during frosty nights, because I used to pick them large quantities of fresh greens they enjoyed eating. Same rules apply to us humans too!
Depends on your Dosha. She’s a pitta in Texas so I’m not shocked she thrives on colder foods. Before I switched from Pitta-Vata to Vata-Pitta, I could do salads and iced chai in the dead of winter no problem. 🤷🏻♀️

Omg! I know its good because I just use Cocoa, spring water, coconut sugar and my favorite medicinal mushroom and its sooooooooooooooo yum! So I know that drink you just made is so delicious!
If you take a fresh ripe plant & heat it up, like you say, so it is hot, the whole plant changes. It turns into a soggy mush, emits a scent of decay & once it has cooled, sits their motionless, stale & cold. Yet, for ripe fresh plant, if eaten as is, when contained within your stomach, slowly releases heat over a long period of time, just like a pile of freshly cut pile of lawn clippings does, emitting warmth. So, I am curious, how can hotly heated plants actually aid someone's health, when in that state, it is a different entity emitting decay & coldness onto its ignorant host?

Yes but she probably just used 5 or 6 to make the nut milk (lets hope). Dont want selenium toxicity, either way its easy to detect as you can look at your finger nails and if you see rings like Saturn appear then your Overdosing. Its a warning sign.

If you don't want to make this fine, but why do you feel the need to tell people on her video??! Just skip it.
This recipe looks nice and bet it taste great, but is very expensive when it comes to the Brazil nut milk and protein powders (and even the cashew nuts).
@@vespeneprotoss4346 the joke is that people who are still eating meat, and drinking baby cow growth fluid, often argue that 'eating healthy' is too expensive. That's just something they've managed to convince themselves.
@@animallover5626 almond or soy milk is only a few dollars, so that I can do. Buying brazil or pecan nuts and making a milk out of them is just something I can't do at the moment.
Maybe just the online vegans with a sweet tooth or who just share sweetened recipes because the general population that's used to very sweet, salty or oily meals needs to approve of the taste. That's what I do because it's catered to a wider audience. Even if I make a sweet thing like a cake and want to share it with friends or family, I have to use the amount of sweetness they're use to or else it's not sweet enough.
Hi Kristina... As always, I love your videos and recipes. However, I highly recommend Hazelnut milk over Brazil Nut Mylk because it is possible to become toxic in Selenium... Often it’s possible to get 100% DV FROM 1-2 Brazil Nuts. Just wanted to share this FYI in peace, love and light! 🙏🏼💖✨
Good call, to watch for selenium toxicity all one needs to do is watch finger nails because rings like Saturn will appear. Its your body telling you "enough!" ehehehhee. But I agree with ya. A little goes a long way

Thanks for sharing khristina! I never knew that if it was below 118° then it is not Cooks and it counts. Why not make soups at 115° so they're still warm but not cooked?
Doesn’t nutrients go down when blended for so long? If overall temperature of the drinks gets to approx 44 C degrees, does not the ‚moment’ temperature very close to blades gets a lot higher?

Hi, my hair is long too & if you asked me if I would donate it to another, I would first ask you how then am I supposed to attract nature's ethereal energies (which is one design of healthy long hair) which are on offer to all, but desired by so few? To me, removing my hair, would be like trimming of a body part. My hair belongs to me. Some people specialise in self destruction, so perhaps what I write here is confusing to them. Healthy hair, like Kristina's, becomes elastic & shiny. It repels grime, manages itself & feels delightful, especially under the hot sun, only if your diet consists of life advancing foods, such as fresh ripe plant you are attracted to. If we consume decay, or toxin, then our body starts to slowly disintegrate, with one sign being our hair either discolouring, falling out, or both. Hope this helps you to understand why healthy people choose to protect their cape.
It's evaporated at temperatures from 105-110 degrees fahrenheit so just like Kristina stated at the beginning of the video foods that are warmed below 118 degrees fahrenheit are still considered raw because they still keep their nutritional value

Oh i wish i could have all these nuts and fruits in my country but we don't have them and they are so expensive. I wish i could have all of this and i would become a vegan too. I have problems with my stomach, everything i ate makes my stomach bloat
Raw should not apply to all things, saponins for example need heat to be released. So am I going to ignore heating water with astragalus root to boost my telomere length just because its not raw? I dont think so. As for can you warm this on a stove, yes but it will heat up fast so its hard to moderate how hot it gets and how fast. Luckily not much in this recipe is very heat volatile. The Brazil nuts would be the most prone to damage but at least they are low in omega 3s, so even if it gets a litter hotter than 104 deg you should be ok but enzymes will be lost. Add raw honey at the end to replace them.
