Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and a Canon EOS M50.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

I totally agree being a mum of three. When you take one away it’s so much easier but strange at the same time. Especially eating out when one is missing. You are amazing, an inspiration to all us mums out there. 👍

I work in a school, my little boy is two and we’re both back on Tuesday we’ve both been off since March. I’ve absolutely loved having this time with him and feel like it’s been such a blessing in amongst the chaos, I think if there is a positive it’s bought families closer together. Your boys are so lovely and they will all thrive 😊

I love you let your kids just be themselves in your videos. Not having them staged behaving "perfectly" not that your kids arnt perfect because they are. They just behave like kids. Being silly, and saying silly words. They seem like amazing kids. No wonder you're always so happy.

I feel like it’s been so long I need some inspiration to get myself organised again ready for school mornings. Would also love a video about how you meal plan. Hi Emily, I felt exactly the same re:my daughter who is 3.5 yrs old, but she literally seemed to adapt to the “drop & go” system at her nursery & does not seem fazed by masks etc- even though she is usually incredibly clingy with me (& had never been left with anyone other than my mum!) I can't believe our babies are almost 4. My youngest turns 4 in October - I felt like I was sharing our pregnancy together... and the strange feeling of being "done" in terms of family and then the new milestones that come with it. I find myself "hanging" for the next stage and "grasping on" to the current season simultaneously. Strange times. Hope all goes well for you all. We are almost through 3rd term here in Qld Australia - but fearful of the second wave that seems imminent. Thanks so much for sharing! ❤️ Mel

I was really worried when my little one went back to nursery (its nursery/pre-school, he was just over 2 and a half when he returned) in July after being off for so long and with the changes as we aren't allowed in the building but surprisingly he settled back in really well and the masks/visors that the staff wear to check his temp in the morning doesn't bother him at all. My husband does do the drop off though lol as like you, I feel like its worse if I did! He has adapted so well which I am so grateful for xx

I’m a mum of two from Scotland and my kids have been back to school and nursery for a little while now. Thankfully my eldest was going into primary 2 and my youngest who will be 4 next month is in her second year of nursery so wasn’t too worried about settling in thankfully but there is a few changes with regards to collection and pick up - staggered times, no entry into the playground/building etc but the school have thought about it so well and I feel quite at easy with it x

I just realized I've been watching you for at least 2 years now. I started watching you back when my first son was 3 months. I struggled so hard as a first time mom. Your videos of you and your 3 boys made me grow so dang much and get through my postpartum. Now I'm a mom of 2 boys. We just recently had our second! He is now 4 weeks old and I can't believe how fast time has flown and how... well easier it was for me to settle into have 2 boys. PS. you are by far my favorite youtuber. Keep it up!! My 2 year old still loves to watch your boys and so do we!

As a mum of 3 it's definitely easier when one is elsewhere. Doesn't happen very often though! My twins are starting preschool in September too. They haven't been away from me before and I am dreading the drop offs too as we can't go in the building either. Love the content x

Been back at school for two weeks now and there was a few bumps on drop off and pick ups but smoothed out now. Had my child off school because my 2 year old had an asthma flare up and we ended up in hospital. Totally asthma related nothing but low oxygen levels but he still had to be tested and my other child kept off school till we got the results. After one days we got the negative result and she was back at school the following day. So it is a mind field for potential days off school but it’s the best under the current climate.

It took 3mths for our move to go through and it felt like so much longer. My daughter is a month younger than jackson and shes into hatchimals roleplay (mainly likes playing cafes or shops) and ive seen in argos they do scented kinnetic sand. Great video emily x

Awwww starting preschool, can’t believe it. I totally get the nerves of returning to school. I decided to yank my 3 out and do homeschool 😆. Couldn’t handle the stress and the unknowns...I’m too panicky. I wish I was more brave 😬 But truly looking forward to all the curriculum we picked out, online classes, and small, sport group activities:) Wish me luck 🤪

It's so hard to not go into the schools to see the classrooms etc, however our Kindergarten teacher has said I can come after school one day to look around, which will make it a bit easier.

We are home schooling for the first quarter. I don't know what they'll do then. My grandson is doing so much better and learning so much better that I sort of dread him going back. I can't believe Jackson is turning 4, he's so cute. Take care and stay safe.

My daughter started a new preschool in June having not been able to start it at Easter, I didn’t go in the building and she just walked in. X

And if they get a cold or runny nose they don’t need to stay home and you’d just get a test anyway so only have to stay home if they or someone in bubble gets a positive Covid test.
