LIL LEAN plagiarism is frowned upon in the music industry. I love Ray Parker Jr’s music but this one was an outright no no.

LIL LEAN you must be very young. This case is super old. Bruh, why are you even arguing about this? Hewey Lewis already sued Ray Parker and they settled out of court. Usually when people do that it’s because they know they will lose and are guilty and it will cost them less to go to trial. It’s like an admission of guilt with saying so. It’s not rocket science. This has even been in Rolling Stones magazine ..LOL. Do your research on it. It’s nothing like Hammer and Rick James. Hammer just used a sample of Rick James song and looped it. Ray Parker used the whole arrangement as well as the melody, he just changed the lyrics and the hook. This case is totally different than the examples you bring up. It’s already a FACT that he plagiarized the song so for you to debate this is crazy. It’s okay to be wrong. Ray turned around and sued Hewey Lewis because he violated the confidentiality agreement that was signed and discussed what happened with VH1, and basically admitted that Ray Parker Jr. The only reason a confidentiality agreement would be necessary is because Ray Parker didn’t want that info getting out that he plagiarized the song. Bottom line he did. No ifs and or buts about it. Again, this isn’t a debate. The case has already been settled years ago. It’s nothing like Milli Vanilli either..LOL. They didn’t actually sing the songs they claimed they did. It was their producers that sang the hit songs so everyone got sued including the producers. The examples you’re providing are all different...LOL:) Whose doing your research for you bruh...LOL.:) Your examples are all over the place and are completely different than what we’re talking about.
