Yeah, it's a pretty unfair boss actually since there's a lot of trial and error involved (at least the first time you play).

Have you ever think about speedrunning the game?

Not really. I'm not really into speedrunning. I might look into it some day though. I just don't think I've got the patience for it.

Thanks! And yeah, the beginning can be quite difficult. If she goes to far to the left she'll hit you no matter what, so you'll have t be quick with damaging her. :)

Exactly! Battling on my first attempts, I thought it was a bug somehow, because I only managed to hit her thrice and she hit me once; so wasn't that obvious you could hit her 4x ;-)

That's what I've been doing for the entire game and I'm at this part of the game and I still haven't used a single continue.

The loading screen didn't appear since I had previously played another level in Picture City which already loaded all of that world's assets into memory. If you check out my Eraser Plains video you should see the loading screen.

Yeah, I would have to agree on that. The PS1 version of Rayman 2 looks pretty bad graphically. Rayman 1 has a much bigger color palette, brighter colors and better usage of contrast than the PS1 version of Rayman 2.

Honestly, I would go as far to say rayman 1 is the best looking rayman game period. Yes, I even think it looks better than legends.
