Please consider sending me a tip on Ko-fi:

My videos will always be free, but it takes a lot of time and energy to create this content and showcase my record collection on RU-vid on a regular basis. A tip goes a long way, and lets me know that you appreciate the hard work that I do. Thank you!
For optimal playback quality, please make sure to watch my videos in the highest quality settings available
My turntable is an Audio Technica AT-LP120XUSB (Black)

The cartridge on my turntable is an Ortofon 2M Blue

Turntable audio is recorded via USB with Adobe Audition, where it is exported as a 16-bit FLAC

Hello! I was watching some of your videos but I wondered what does Side A, B, C, D, etc... mean? If A and B are the front and back, what's the rest? By the way I think your content is amazing!
@TheDarkYoshi64
@TheDarkYoshi64 4 месяца назад
In vinyl, sides C and D are usually on separate records. Usually if they can’t fit all the music on one record. Sometimes they even do 3 records in production.

Hey man, your videos just made me realise how much better vinyl sounds and I can't stop looking for songs I like on vinyl. Can you do Sonic Frontiers OST ?
@vgmvinyl
@vgmvinyl Год назад
I do own Sonic Frontiers, but I’m taking a short break on uploading as I’ve been busy with other things and can’t dedicate the time at the moment. I can’t guarantee when it will eventually be uploaded but I hope to be able to soon enough

Do you plan on getting and showcasing the Bomb Rush Cyberfunk upcoming vinyl?

I would recommend asking any of the other RU-vid uploaders out there as I am retired from the hobby at this current time and will not be buying or uploading in the foreseeable future

Love the channel and the vinyl! Honest question. How do you not end up with copyright strikes, especially from the Japanese gaming companies?
@vgmvinyl
@vgmvinyl Год назад
I definitely have gotten strikes before, but it’s more typical to get a copyright claim, as most companies have their audio set up through RU-vid’s Content ID thing. I’ve gotten 2 or 3 copyright strikes ever since I’ve been doing these records, all Japanese companies, but I get copyright claims on nearly every video. Claims are “safe” but I definitely risk termination of the channel, should I get too many claims

Hi, ive been loving your uploads. I have some ost vinyls myself. On your uploads they sound absolutely flawless, could you tell me how this is possible please. Ive got anti static sleeves, anti static slip matt, zero stat gun, and use micro fiber brushes but still get static pops. The only thing i haven't tried is buying a new stylus. Any help would be much appreciated

hello! you've probably gotten this question before, but im just scrolling through your channel and you have so many records so i was wondering if you make these yourself, and if not where do you find them? they all sound so great, and i'd love to have some of these myself!! i saw you said you were taking a break, but I'm excited for whenever you upload next and you've earned yourself a new subscriber! hope things are well!

I have made *some* small vinyl projects that I have shared with friends that also appear on this channel, but 99% of what I buy are made by both official record labels and unofficial bootleg labels There are many resources online to make yourself aware of what’s out there. Discogs, Blipblop.net, Reddit r/vgmvinyl, VGMVINYL4ALL Discord, Video Game Vinyl Collectors group on Facebook, etc
