Raymonda (Dream Variation) - Khoreva, Zakharova, Smirnova 

Khoreva does the hardest version in the most elegant way. That pique arabesque plie is the proper way, no cheating. Brava!

Khoreva dances like a dream. She is delicate perfection.

Khoreva's version was a revelation. Such exquisite execution of the most difficult movements! Her performance was not just great it was almost super-natural in its unworldly defiance of gravity and reality.

ALL BEAUTIFUL! STILL you can see the maturity in the quality of movement from S.Z. & O.S. M.K. has All the chops yet there is more to this than just hitting positions, imo. She definitely Will develop more emotion as she ages. Also Keep your channel the way it IS. NEVERMIND the negative feedback and useless threats from others. Post what YOU choose to post. It's YOUR channel and I appreciate it. Others who do not should perhaps view the plethora of other ballet channels on the web. 🙄

I find it really interesting how different Maria Khoreva's performance comes across compared to the others - it feels beautiful but somewhat sad (makes me feel a little sleepy honestly, but in a good way). Zakharova's performance feels very soft in comparison, though is probably my least favourite of the three as it feels like she's straining to get her leg up higher a bit? I'm not sure, and a better recording might have done this performance more justice idk. I really love the elegance of Smirnova's performance and of course the stunning way she's framed on stage doesn't hurt either!

Smirvova is very dreamlike and elegant. She is far advance musically. The music seems to move her. I like how she wobbled a bit. It didn’t seem to take away from her elegance and grace.

Khoreva all the way for technique, artistry, expression. SZ seems weighed down, OS seems tense.

MK comes closest to perfection. SZ does an easier version, OS struggles throughout, with evident tension. It is a difficult variation, to be sure. MK will master it soon.

You watched Raymonda (Dream Variation) being performed - - by the three extraordinary dancers - - S Zacharova - - O Smirnova - - and M Khoreva - - and you would have said - - wooow❗️ And then you watched Khoreva again - - as she danced the final movements - - of the Dream Sequence. And she showed us a lot of spark at @ 2:13 @ 2:15 @ 2:17 until @ 2:34 definitely. I personally feel - - that - - when Khoreva dances - - ballet is alive❗️ Thank you @ DanceLine Ballet - - for sharing.

Smirnova - she's elegant and has good legato but also shows nice traces of soubrette in the faster parts.

I think my Head is damaged: no matter in wich role I see S.Z., as soon as she starts dancing my brain is like “jaaap, that’s Odette” 😅🙈 somehow there’s no acting for me, just “swan swan swan wooooah technique!! swan swan swan, oh shoot, she’s wearing Giselles dress… never mind, SWAAAN! 🫣😆

Мне больше нравится Хорева. Смирнова танцует как механическая кукла.

Однако, Хорева очень! И, главное, эмоционально разная. Видимо, эта роль совпадает с её внутренним Я.

Для меня в этой вариации лучшая - Олеся Новикова. Видео с Хоревой похоже с дебюта, а у Светланы Захаровой и вариации странная и костюм

I dont understand why do I keep stumbling on this ballerina named Khoreva?! She is heavily promoted and I cannot understand why?! She is definitely something out of the usual and normal Russian ballet production. She is OK but nothing close to the big stars like Osipova, kaptsova zaharova, etc,etc. She is a normal good russian ballerina. I am just bored each time when I stumble upon her. COmmon... come with something else please

Could you vary your posts a bit? I find these comparison clips took systematic and rather frustrating to tell you the truth. I’d love to see more ballets if you have access to them. Otherwise I’m afraid I’ll unsubscribe. Sorry.
