The human spirit is capable of enduring more than we might think. That’s something long distance walker and writer Raynor Winn discovered when she and her husband Moth became homeless the same week Moth was told he was terminally ill.
In this chat with Fearne, Raynor talks about turning anger into positivity, the physically healing benefits of walking, and why we should leave space for the ‘magic’ or unexpected to happen in life.

Absolutely beautiful conversation between such beautiful people. I could feel the Magic ✨ rolling off Raynor, she is nothing less than a High Priestess. I'm so looking forward to reading Raynor's books ✨📚✨

I think everyone should read the Salt Path. We can all find pride from within. Love and kindness. Because it’s in all of us. We are all individuals and should feel equal. It’s a wonderful story of drive, Love, grief and enthusiasm. It will make you cry. But it’s an uplifting tale. A life of strength and true love.

I loved this book, can't wait to read the second. Imagine how different the story would have been if they'd accepted their fate and moved to emergency housing somewhere.

How Raynor and her husband turned the most terrible thing that could possibly happen to you, losing your home, along with the whole of your financial security and the husbands health, and turn it all around by walking the English coast and thus miraculously getting back the control over their fate is nothing but a triumph. Loved the books, beautifully written. I hope from now on there's nothing but safety and happiness for the two of them.

Literally just finished reading TSP. Absolutely loved every page. I really wanted everyone to be more generous and thoughtful as to your need for food. Looking forward to reading your second book. X
