Update...I let my 8 and 10 year old loose on these to ride the empty parking lots at their school this weekend. They did fine even on sport mode (they're used to smaller scooters) and still had 3/4 charge after going for a half hour straight...all flat surface. Based on that, highly recommend as a great kids scooter for the $.
I got mine at Walmart a few months back, it was selling for $199.00 on the site retailed for over $500.00!! I bought one I am a petite in stature 4'11 and about 125lbs it runs ok, ride is pretty bumpy on certain terrains but flat surfaces it isn't too bad and has decent speed, it has been cold so haven't gotten it out that much, I will ride to my community mailbox (which is walking distance) 🙄but it's fun to ride there, I got it to ride around the park near where I live, it is ok on small gravel, it is fun I do wear my helmet of course, I am not sure how long it runs before batter completely goes out, once the weather is warmer I will really test it out, for what I bought it for I don't think I would want it to go faster than the 15mph in sport mode, I don't plan on riding it on the interstate, but locally around the area or taking it with me to parks to ride around the ponds is pretty fun, it was worth the money in my opinion.
Flaw with scooter be prepared overtime as the tire in the rear goes flat becuase the air tube doesnt hold well to heat replaced it with a solid rear tire for like 20 bucks solid and rides well.
Amazon you get the solid tire the one thats tubeless one with the holes in it you never have to worry about that issue again thats what they should have done in the first place because the heat from the motor kills the tire innertube itself/@@shannonlove44
@@randallleehall Yes this is true because I ran mine in sport mode not good that battery will drain fast to get better miles out of it take it out of sport mode. other than that its a great e-scooter
My sons scooter is down its a flaw in the scooter to a certain degree. The rear tire is inflatable but its flawed the heat thats in the rear motor burns up the tire and burns the intertube heating it up. Its not really all that great with heat so its goes bad sooner than later. Im changing the tube once it comes in and see how long that lasts. I dont even ride it that often so lets see what happens yall. Other than that its a really great scooter.
@@terrielynnrunolfson1184 be ready for that rear tire flaw they are known to go and deflate overtime. Swap it out with a solid rear tire problem solved
I got one a few months back and had to replace the back wheel inner tube after it went flat on one of first rides. I ordered a replacement tube and replaced it which was extremely difficult. A few weeks after replacing the tube the back tire was flat again after a few rides. Maybe there is a problem with valve stem port in relation to the stem?
Not sure... haven't had that issue as of yet. I will say that whenever I replace a tube on anything motorized, I buy an extra thick version. Too many pinched tubes.
I bought one this morning at $99, box has two scan bars, one said $399.99 and the other said $99, so of course I asked the manager and he said Marked down to $99
