Quick Recap: This livestream is of our two litters of kittens, joined by their two moms (Mona & Cutie Pie) and Auntie Pandora (sister to mama cats). Cutie Pie brought their litters together during labor, as soon as Mona began pushing out her first kitten (Cutie was on her 4th). The litters have never been apart. At about 12 days old, they welcomed their sister-cat Pandora into the nest to help take care of the kittens, and they've been one big happy family ever since.
7/12 Update: The kittens are 18 days old, and they are beginning to embody the "teenage" mindset in terms of pushing buttons and limits with their moms. However, they are continuing to amaze us at how fast they are growing and developing. I have a couple play items on the way - one is a cube we can put in the nest with them for them to climb in and out of. We have small toys on the way, and also their first kitty condo/cat tree. It's a small one but it's a good starter one, with a hammock and scratching posts. The kittens all interact with each other, paw and meow at one another. They will go up to one of their moms and paw at them, roll onto their backs and begin wrestling them. We are enjoying them so much and we're really looking forward to the coming weeks with them!

Purple collar - Grape
Aqua collar - Karma
gray collar, hedgehog lookalike - Sonic
lilac collar - Cookie
no collar, mostly orange - Cheeto
We plan to keep about half the litter and will home the remaining kittens. Any remaining kittens will be welcomed into the fold at the RBC farm. We are only asking for a very nominal donation ($250) to cover the cost of food, vet checks, vaccinations, microchips, etc. To inquire about one of our kittens, please send us a message at 815-883-1134 with a short introduction and what you are interested in. They'll be going home up to date on vaccines, vet checked, and microchipped. We are raising them like we raise our ESA puppies - with lots of love and interaction, teaching them how to trust people and build healthy relationships. We prioritize their emotional-social development to ensure healthy socialization and optimize the traits that make Emotional Support Animals so effective.
We gave Robin a due date of September 2nd. She and Macchiato are continuing to thoroughly enjoy each other's company.

Welcome to the Red Barn Cavaliers family home! We specialize in raising Emotional Support Animals. This livestream is with our cats who recently had their (only) litters of kittens on 6/24/24. They were all born very healthy and at good weights. Both mamas are treating the two litters like one giant family, and have now welcomed Pandora as an honorary mama! They are doing a great job taking care of them.
We primarily raise Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with an emphasis on their emotional-social development. We raise our puppies for the distinct purpose of becoming ESAs. This breed's temperament is ripe for therapeutic bonding, and their ability to tune into their handler's emotional needs can't compare to any other breed. We are anticipating our next litter to be from Robin and Macchiato toward the end of August/early September. We livestream the deliveries of our litters, which you'll find in playlists.
