awesome tutorial, very good instructions.

It can help for getting over the fear cause it doesn't hurt as much, but it doesn't help for flipping faster I think :D

I broke my seat post trying to do this last year. Time to get back out there and keep trying...

cheers for posting, a really good tutorial! will subscribe. :) - ive been trying to learn this trick for ages, ive landed some foot plant double flips, singles are pretty good now. But i just can't get enough air to aerial off the unicycle and land a proper crank flip :( it just seems that i either get kick or air, not both :S
