First question is wrong: In the question, there is no equal to sign, neither "greater than equal to" sign nor "smaller than equal to" sign. Then how can the conclusion get equal to sign? 4th Conclusion is incorrect. Please correct me if I am wrong.
You are wrong, if there is absolutely no relationship between two quantities, they can either be equal, or one of them is smaller than the other, hence all three possibilities exist.
