Hmm after watching the 10 parts of your video i realized u made a awesome boat and designing was superb but at last it come to accessories u used are isn't to costly and over budget ??? i also Made and design my boat too but when it came to accessories ,all my work is just as red signal light ?

J.Hallam Plumbing the propshaft itself is sealed against the wooden hull and the "open" end inside the hull is above the waterline so water cannot rise above its own natural level and pass the top bearing.

The rudder is probably going to break if it is put under load. Try one made of aluminium.

that needs a much faster motor and maybe a smaller prop, bigger props don't equal more thrust if the torque along with raw rpm is not there to drive it, it just bogs down the motor and creates heat which will eventually destroy your motor. I would seriously reconsider the brushed motor and go brushless, ether way, you need water cooling!

Steve could you possibly point me in the right direction regarding motor prop combination. What are main criteria and how to choose right one for the project. I build and fly RC Planes, but wanted to 3D print boat of my own design. I have absolutely no idea where to start.

Bee waiting for this.If you sandwich a piece of 5mm rubber in middle of engine mount and bottom of the boat this will remove all vibrations.. What voltage battery did you use ?

FFS, are all RC boat builders completely f*cking mute? All I want is some actual information and an explanation of what's going on and all I can find is a load of shit videos where nobody speaks or actually tells you anything.
