Miss that place. Used to go up there all the time when I was a kid with my uncle's. They raced the moody 1/8 sprints and I played around with the coupe class
They are not able to corner at full speed, you'll see on other races drivers flip the cars, just like in real life. The tires dig in and momentum takes them over. So slowing down and then getting the car to drift around the corner allows the fastest cornering possible. Those that can time this move and keep the car stable are the fastest!
The scoring operator made a mistake or the racers were out of order. or got out of line before crossing the scoring line. Causing a restart.... I wish they would go back to standing start.
