THANK YOU! Thanks to all my followers and all my friends, especially from rc-glashaus.de and hof-mohr.de. You are really great! Thanks a lot for sharing, commenting, subscribing and thumbs up.
There should be a rule for these events where you can’t rescue your RC by hand. You have to figure out a way using someone else’s RC to rescue you. Go talk to the wrecker guy or something.
Whoah! What happened to the golden rule? No hand of God! I guess over there in Europe they dont play by the same rules. Like there is no one with a tow truck or a tow chain and a front end loader there. Common! I cant believe it. They just run up there and pick it up all quick like hope no one saw it. Whats the fun in that? You get in there and make an event out of it. Play it through.WTH man? Just run in and pick it up. Who does that?
What would you call that equipment seen at 2:45? It reminds me of a telescoping forklift (what everyone I know calls a LULL even though thats a brand) but I saw one of those in my OSHA 30 class and no one could tell me what it was. They showed us a picture of one that killed a guy in a minivan by backing over the van.
Think a lot of people were getting me wrong. My comment was it would be great to see model recovery trucks, cranes, diggers etc being used to effect the recovery when a model gets into difficulties. I did see a model of a American type wrecker do a recovery of a rolled over truck pretty much all by radio control. Was very impressive to watch. Bit of a challenge for all involved but when have scale modellers ever backed away from a challenge?
