Everyone fist bumps after a race but that tool in the orange shirt ignores the young lady who smoked him. That tugged at my heart strings. I've been into rc for decades and I must say, the hobby is filled with too many fanboys, know-it-alls and jerks. Don't get me wrong, plenty of nice people as well but you have to wade through the garbage to find them.
Bracket racing, you put your dial in (how fast you think you car is) and you need to run as close to that number as possible and cut the best light you can. Your opponent does the same if either of you “break out” run faster one of you lose so a fast car can race a slow car and in the end it becomes a close race.
used to call it handicap racing, idea is both racers pick the time they think they will run without going faster and lights are timed so perfect passes will finish at the same time and who ever comes closest to that perfect run wins...
@@jmmustangs3078 funny, just bought a nitro r/c and another engine...and if I get another I'll be looking at a xray nt1.3 just because of how nice it is. Currently have a HPI Savage SS, Nitro RS4 2 and now working on a used Nitro RS4 3. Also bought 2 electrics a couple of years ago but it's not the same.
Does anyone else think that the machine body looks terrible? The body is so square and no details at all. It doesn’t look anything like a pro mod firebird. Proline bodies are much better looking.
