Wow, that's really helping. I am just starting with cp heli. I'm spending hrs of time on the Sim. 8 months and still can't fly inverted, only hovering... I'm going to try this now!!
I can easily fly in all directions both upright and inverted except inverted flight forward. Inverted flight forward is just so hard to master, so It's 100 times harder for me than doing piroflips. No, I can fly circles forward being inverted but cannot do it slow and precise as I'm having problem with braking, so I always have to bail out via piroflip to the upright position in order to stop the helicopter. I guess I've missed something.
