Hello there Christoph, enjoyed watching your build video. I was wondering if you still had the plans for your kit? I am trying to rebuild my Ehawk wing and am searching everywhere for a copy of the kit plans. Any help would be appreciated!

Ein guter und sehr preiswerter Bausatz. 👍 Ich würde meinen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen "eHawk 1500" gern durch einen "Neubau" ersetzen. Leider gibt es den Bausatz nicht mehr! Oder?

Ja, der Bausatz ist nicht mehr erhältlich. Ich hatte diesen noch im Regal und musste aber feststellen, dass es beim Rumpf unterschiedliche Qualitäten (Kunststoffschale vs. GFK-Schale) gibt. So ist mir bei dieser Version nach wenigen Flügen beim Übergang zum Kohlenrohr der Rumpf gebrochen. Gute Alternativen gibt es von artHobby, siehe www.arthobby.com/

I have one of these models that I haven't built yet. Posts from RC groups say the CG should be around 60mm. Did you use the plan CG at 53mm or something different?

The CG of my eHawk is somewhere in between.

The drawing has only one wing panel. How do you build the opposite side?

treat the plan with WD 40 (it will become translucent) and use the back for a mirror image

Ja, das ist so. Ich hatte den Bausatz im 2017 bestellt und noch bei mir im Schrank.

@@rc_modellflug tja mein Modell ist leider abgestürzt ein querruder ist ausgefallen damals und leider konnte ich nichts mehr wieder verwenden. Gibt es denn kein ähnliches Modell?
