Hey Kevin , The ryft is a sweet ride, but lots of guys are having problems with the receiver binding. Also the front axle snaps next to the diff cover. You should pull the diffs out ASAP , the sun gear strips out because it’s not shimmed properly out of the box.
Just picked one up on Monday, yes you have to bind it by opening the receiver box, just installed treal front and back sway bars and thr treal rear trailing arms, now it hauls ass and won't auto rotate. I love it.
That's based on a real type of vehicle that people drive inside, only a little more carefuly than he drives the RC; many vids on RU-vid of them racing up tough mudy hills, rocky walls etc

From what I've seen lots of them broke easily. Came back to say he found a new way to break it! Most other people I saw broke the axle housings not a drive shaft.
That flip to a flip was cool. that front axle took some hits. with the axle breaks people have complained about...I thought for sure you can broke one at least 5x in the video, but you didn't :) You give them hell.
Distance your remote at least 6ft when powering on, it works fine. 4s is stupid fast but don't expect it to last long if you jump it off ramps. FYI inspect your diffs, a couple have been stuffed with grease instead of diff oil and shims left out, mine was good but a friend of mine shredded his in no time. LOL - When I first saw these advertised, I thought I was definitely gonna get one. Then I realised it could run 4s. Then I looked closely at the axles etc. Then I decided against it, because I had a hunch these would break easily. Then I started seeing post after post on FB about broken axles, shafts, diffs etc. It's a great looking car, but I don't think it can perform as intended without spending ££££ on upgrades. Glad you've got one for us all to see though, even if its not off to a great start. At least you broke it before you took it out somewhere and wasted your time xD

Go ahead and pre-order some new diff gears. You will need them soon. Mine couldn't make it through four 3S batteries before it let go. There needs to be an upgrade. Its awesome until it blows up. When it runs it is one of my favorite RCs.
I seen this at my local hobby store, and I was thinking it was just a modified Axial crawler, but after seeing this video I know now it certainly is more than that. It obviously has tons of power behind it, probably a bit too much even (as seen by the rear end twisting under the torque). I was tempted to buy it, but it is kinda pricey. However, looking at it, I could get most of the parts and build it just like I did with the X-Maxx.
Move the battery tray in the wraith to the front, just in front of the windshield(a lot better balance for crawling) and upgrade the hubs to hex style. Stock it just has pins that will strip on your first run, like mine did.
OMG i Love the Cars as well as the Traxxas Udr. Why arent there such cars with a nitro enigne on the market ? I swear by god it would be soooooo nice. The only thing which keeps me from getting such cars is that they dont have a real engine in there. So much more emotions. And nice Video hehe.
