Love your dozer , love the fairly realistic sounds ….just a tip from a old time dirt worker”. We never called it dirt , we always referred to a “ material” 😊.
I just got my dozer 3 weeks ago i tried a dual motor 20A esc but went back to the stock esc's and bought a mitroniks W/Tail mixer so i could drive both tracks with one stick and the blade on the other.
I have the same problem with my dozer. Sometimes when you plug in the battery the esc sometimes not setting up the right way. So I unplug the battery and redo it over and it runs fine. I also have the sabertooth 2x30 in my rc4wd bulldozer. I love running that monster. It moves dirt like it's not even there.
I got rid of the sabertooth and put the servonaut m211 esc in it and the smr sound module haven't had a issue since..great dozer! I love running mine to there just awesome!
Just curios, after these three years since you showed the issue of the random stops, did you discover what the issue was? I ask as my DXR2 did the same thing yesterday when I went to run it after a few weeks rest.
Well, shortly after this video I discovered a way operate the tracks with the stock esc's. Go to hobby concepts and Bob has a detailed video on how to do this. Works fantastic not one issue since..
All of your machines look great but my favorite is your dozer ! And you sure can run her ! Stay well, hope to see you on the big screen soon @@yellowironcowboyrccon7484
If you have no idea how to operate 1:1 equipment, you shouldn't be disappointed in your 1:14 equipment, same rules apply, and if you run this like shit, it will be shit, "real dirt and rocks" has no bearing.
