This video is showing the result of a bad video demodulator IC. This can also be the symptom of a bad stylus. Note the clicking sound as the machine raises, cleans and lowers the stylus onto the disc surface in an attempt to read the groove. The oscilloscope is showing the RF signal after the stylus pre-amp. This stylus is good, however, the machine is not seeing DAXI code due to the bad demod IC. Without the code, the machine remains in this constant state of lifting/lowering the stylus arm until power is removed.
