RD500 Race engine - First start 

Mialem okazje prowadzić Yamahe RD350 kilkanascie lat temu. Jeszcze jako nastolatek. Ten motocykl był jak pocisk! Szybki i wściekły :-)

This is like the first start on my Maico 440. I think it finally started after like 9 minutes of kicking. Nine minutes on a big-bore single with a left-side starter! But hey, if we didn't love them we wouldn't have them.

Way to go and must make you feel great. Beautiful piece of work. As I said on forum your leg and foot has to be sore. You need a young tall kid to kick it. Can not wait to see and hear it on the track. Be safe.

It took a while to work, but it worked. I sometimes also pick up a little after disassembling the carburetors my two RD350 here in Brazil and had an "appeal" to push. Beautiful machine, and my next dream consumption, shame that in Brazil they did not come officially, I have to get out of my country. Thanks for posting, hug and success will follow.

On my 2-stroke, it always starts easiest with a push...........but it's only a 1966 125.
