right, I thought the only thing starboard watch had to do was lead starboard side. Maintaining that deck log and making sure people actually using the correct terms and spelling was annoying.

Maybe a power hungry thing. Could also be a “I wanna help sailors thing” but you shouldn’t have that mentality until you’ve been in the fleet
