There's another where you go hunting the legendary bear with Hosea. If you hunt and skin the bear right before the cut scene, you'll encounter a skinless live bear.😂
without mods...i mean yeah, all cutscenes are real-time so you can do all sorts with any cutscene as long as you do it before it triggers. Nothing special here
I still don't understand why people say this is such a great game, when shit like this is part of the "story". It's fucking garbage. And that's the story. Gameplay wise, it's also so restrictive. You can't even kill people silently, even if you're using a bow and arrow. You can't sneak around certain gang hideouts silently, even though no one sees you. You can't loot weapon crates, until after you kill everyone in the vicinity. The law system is atrocious. You can't rob stores stealthily, even if you want to. You have to play these utterly disgusting, and dragged out "walking" missions, and every time you restart them, you have to go through 3 minutes of walking. This game is a solid 2.5/5 But it gets blown like it's some amazing game. It really isn't that good - it's not that good as a game, and it's not THAT good, as people hype it up to be. Smfh. Why do ppl care so much about useless details, and "so much dialogue", when gameplay, and story matter so much more? "Look at how the hammer hits the nails, and the nails go down" "Look at how they added this neat extraneous dialogue". But you can't even stealth kill with a bow/arrow/knife/etc., you can't even loot, until the game "allows" you to, honor is chapter locked, deadeye abilities are chapter lock, the entire fucking game is like a case of bad diarhhea, where everything's drip drip dripping, like shit out of an asshole - among many many other issues. I wouldn't rate it lower than a 2.5/5, but dickriding it to the extent that it's been ridden is just ridiculous. It's not a big ask to be able to kill someone silently, and have no one notice. It's not a big ask to be able to kill a lawman, and not have all the other lawmen in town telepathically be alerted. Literally, sometimes if you complete a mission, you'll get "wanted" for no reason - like if you rescue sean, you'll sometimes get wanted, for absolutely nothing. tf? It's not a big ask to be able to run off from your "companions" during a 3 minute walking session, without the mission automatically "failing" - "you abandoned the others", ffs. Solid 2.5/5, solid 65/100. There's almost no replayability to this fucking game, too. If you miss something, you'll never encounter it again. If you lose a horse race, there goes any chance of you ever being able to upgrade your horse any further from the -50% saddle, for the rest of the fcking game. If you loot in front of an npc who asks you to take them home, you fail the request - wtf? Just a very mediocre game, borderline bad. The save function is so ass, too. This game is honestly such a mess. It's really well made, but it's so weak, gameplay wise, storywise, and those MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS just drag the entire game down so far, despite the obviously extremely large amounts of effort put into the other stuff... Controls are clunky as f too.
TL;DR -this guy has no patience, no appreciation of immersion, and for some reason thinks this game needs to have stealth killing like it's Assassin's Creed or something
Whether each person likes a game is their subjective right, so I won't comment on why you didn't like the game. I will however ask how you get 2.5/ = 65/100 lol
