Miss Grimshaw should’ve had the pats on the back. She’s the only one to ever really point a gun at Micah when he “tries” to be nice. She also gut-shot Molly, and almost shot Micah again in the mission “Red Dead Redemption.” Then Micah shot her.
@@MLGProMaster-tu9tz yup and once he was sick he pretty much picked on arthur constantly like you said and thats because micah really was terrified of arthur and yes even when arthur was dying he still couldnt kill him micah is pathetic😅

@@lilplay9016Maybe. Micah for all his bluster and definitely being weaker than Arthur is one hell of a gunslinger the way he goes from drawing to taking out like 3 people in quick secession is incredibly impressive
I genuinely believe that Micah hurt John, hence why he didn't hit him with the hammer. He actually made John think, leading to him genuinely starting to make and effort as a father.
@@Jumpyman_thegamerYT I don't think Jack is John's, Abigail was a camp prostitute and (I'm pretty sure) did every member of the camp (Not including Hosea, Lenny, bill, micah or reverend.), If jack isn't john's he's either a biological morgan or an escuella (judging by how he looks as an adult). Javier's only back-up is because Jack looks like an escuella as an adult. Arthur has plenty of back-up, having jack look like him when he was 4-15, and the fact that he did have relations with Abigail, and even wanted to get married (but didn't)
Love the way Arthur deals with the situation. He doesn’t raise his voice nor does he get aggressive, he gives Micah one warning with a single phrase “just name the place”. Shows who truly had power over the other during that moment.
To be fair, Micah gets the credit for defuse the situation here, and I don't know what Arthur's end game is. Micah is not afraid of Arthur in a gun duel. Dude literally dropped 3 guys in different directions at Rhodes before Arthur even draw his gun.
@@gbazo762 There is no evidence suggests he’s afraid of getting into gun fights or Arthur. He was very blunt towards Arthur from the very beginning. You think Arthur is better because you are playing as him and it’s a game so you get to kill everything.
I don't even think Micah realizes how his comment toward Javier was a self-burn. "You hit like you dress! All feminine." And he still floored you, dude.
@@confusion8579 There's a couple of moments where if you aren't quick enough Micah will kill steal. I actually reloaded a few times for the guys in the gunshop to test different ways. Micah tells you to go around the back, but since when does Arthur take orders off Micah? If you go through the front and kill one guy, Micah gets the other and says you're losing it. If you kill both, Micah complains you didn't leave any for him. He will also shoot Sheriff Gray at the end of the fight if you aren't fast about it.
I really like How at the beginning of the game, John doesn’t every really interact with Abigail and jack. But chapter 6 he is playing with his son, talking to them, sleeping in the same tent. Losing jack to the braithwaites must have really done something for him
@@johndorie7522 well obviously. However he didn't start cracking until the pressure got very bad. Look at him throughout each chapter and finally after Pinkerton's find them in the swamps. He's broken entirely at that point.
I don't know if you know this but, when we finish watching an interaction between two characters and you try to talk to either of them, you can only choose the "Greet" option no matter what, but when it's with Micah like in the Charles and Micah one, the game lets you Antagonize Micah.
I love that, the game doesn't let you greet Micah when he fucks around with the other members of the gang, only antagonize. Hell even if nothing happens, Antagonize is the first option that becomes available to you whenever talking to him.
Imagine the epilogue where John faces off with Micah, and he keeps coughing uncontrollably, but instead of thinking of his past deeds, he's just desparately clinging to life.
I can imagine this scene. Micah turns Arthur's body to only see him spit on his face while he instinctively wipes it off. For the American Venim scene, I can probably invasion John saying "You don't look so well, friend." in a sardonic manner.
I remember seeing the interaction between Charles and Micah, and I froze when Micah called him a red skin, I tought "Oh shit, Micah messed with the wrong guy". Charles has that energy some people have where you don't wanna fuck with them, it is not someone that is scary or crazy, it is...something else.
1:44 I love how they animated the sucker punch by the body posture and him looking away. It's exactly the body language someone who tries to sucker punch uses in real life. They first get close, in hand to hand range where a punch from that close cannot be reacted, then turn their body away from you so they don't have to wind up their torso and shoulder, then look away or turn their head to break eye contact so they can get your guard down and then immidietly sucker punch. The level of detail of body language is outstanding!
I genuinely wonder if the gang would’ve stayed together without Micah or if Dutch would’ve just found another Micah so he can justify his horrible decisions
It was really disappointing that Javier ended up joining Micah in the end. While it may have been too much to have him full-on join Arthur and John, I feel like he should have taken a neutral approach. Maybe like he smelled trouble and left before the final showdown or something.
Javier WAS neutral. As someone else pointed out, he doesn't aim his gun at Arthur & John, was only focusing on the Pinkertons during the chase, and presumably ran off while Dutch & Micah went up the ridge. He was loyal to both sides, and left when he had the chance.
Charles is such a badass man, would be so cool if we had a section in the game where we play as him because he’s one of the only characters near the same level of bad-assery as John and Arthur
Micah does things and acts a certain way because he knows a tough guy when he sees one. He’s trying to place himself above people by seeing their reactions, but he would never try it on Arthur because he knows Arthur is a whole lot stronger, faster, and smarter.
I think my only real problem with the story in 2 is that everyone in that camp hated Micah, had no love or loyalty or history with him, knew he was tearing their "family" apart, and yet nobody popped him in the back of the head during a shootout? "Oh no, they got Micah in the head 3 times, that's so sad"?
Dutch is why they didn't, the others were loyal to him, and Dutch wanted to keep Micah around because of his skills in combat, Micah was almost untouchable because of that.
@@DarkLordSauronrocks I wish. Imagine if rdr3 would be about Mica's brother and we could watch them grow and live together with their dad and maybe play as Micah as well. For me it would be a perfect game I would really enjoy it
Nah, the most genuine is when he apologises to Arthur when he got captured by Colm. And there is the Mary Beth dialogue where he asks her for a dance😂 he was nervous around her.
Micah gets the credit for not escalating the situation further. In a gun duel he stands a very good chance vs Arthur. Arthur didn't even have the time to draw when Micah dropped 3 guys in different directions at Rhodes.
Charles is the best straight man ever, he is someone I will buy a drink, for not only helping with John home, but punching Micah, because he will stand his ground. And he will call out others bullshit. He is the most honourable
@@THEFOGISCOMING107 for this Micah is becoming the person everyone loves to hate, and wanted a death for a villain as scummy as he is. And Dutch shooting him, while John finishing him off to avenge Arthur is the best death you can give him. Since he turned Dutch insane.
It makes me sad that Micah didn’t die earlier! I wished that a cougar or a bear could have beaten the shit out of Micah! Also what made me disappointed about the RDR2 was how Dutch didn’t stand up for members of the gang when they were harassed by Micah
Yeah they pushed this "Dutch turns bad" kinda rude. I mean it should have been smother. But it's still pretty good... wow I just realized i had kinda similar expirience at my work: one of my factory foreman played that good and decent card, but then he got close with some shady guy and later it turned out they vere stealing from brigade falsifying documents related to share distribution within brigade. And believe me or not the man that were denoted as "shady person" was really similar to Micah in his look. Well, not in composition but in face. He had REALLY alike face with Mikah, so it even seem strange now when i think about it. I mean i am not fan of physiognomy, but sometimes coincidences are astounding
Its called not letting your emotion get the best of you. Arthur kept doing things behind Dutch's back, sabotage the gang's plans. What Micah did? Being a pain in the ass.
@@kaydens6964 What exactly were dutch's plans? Arthur absolutely did no such thing, especially sabotaging the dozen of fuck proof plan that Dutch had lol His plans were either moving somewhere else new so they can't get killed, or go do a dangerous job where people do get killed (at the expense of bringing back jack shit). Arthur did almost everything in camp. Micah was a useless rat
@@bluekawashima-9012 No, Dutch and Micah were the brains of operation towards the end of the game, and their plan almost came together despite Arthur sabotage. Dutch literally told Arthur you are either with me or cut loose, don’t stay and sabotage.
1. The day he “wiped the smile off Morgan’s face, he realized that he was barely strong enough to beat a dying man. 2. If only all those were the “next times” 😢 3. That “Why is he being mean” broke me inside
There should have been an option to shoot him during a mission and claim "Micah fortunately got Shot!" Then Dutch says "don't you mean unfortunately?" Then Hosea replies"how is that unfortunate?"
One of the most idiotic thing he did, what's his end game here? Get into a gun duel over a joke? Remember Micah dropped 3 guys in different directions at Rhodes before Arthur even draws his gun.
@@kaydens6964dude are you in love with Micah...Arthur is better in every aspect...even in jail he said:he wants to be like arthur...i dont remember the words so i can't make a quote
What do you mean by realistic lmao, clothes can be worn however you want it to. Every single camp member outfit is realistic, some are dirty some are clean. I don't want to imagine what they smell like
Lmao Javier is goated for that. I missed sooooo much hidden conversations in camp in my 1st play trough. I was basically only in camp before and after missions.
Charles is my favorite NPC for three reasons: -most interesting backstory imo -Very wise and tough. -Yeets Micah into reality when he needs it (he always needs it)
@@bell5248Javier and Charles can both take him. I'm sure John can take him, especially if Jack and Abigail are involved. If he didn't have TB, I'm pretty sure Arthur would've wiped the floor with him. He might be a decent shot, but in a straight fight, he's got no chance
