When I first cracked my Woodford, I thought I blew $150…tried it about a month later, I honestly love it. I will be buying the next master collection I see, not the 90 proofers though

Yeah that Oak & Eden I found very interesting, but not necessarily in a good way 😆 Interested enough to maybe check out another expression tho. Maybe. And my buddy has a bottle of the Climax whiskey it’s probably not a rebuy either

Also I need to acquire a Blue Note and a Heaven Hill BIB at a reasonable price. One local “museum” I saw it at wanted 100 🦌 smh

I agree…. We have a second bottle of the oak and Eden and I am diving towards that anytime soon….that last one had a tannic oak taste that I did not love….

It’s like you said, there are a bunch that would beat the Woodford…cask strength heavens door is like $60-$80, I think it would beat it

Picked up a Heaven's Door single barrel cask strength store pick for $50 and it's an absolute banger, 120 proof that drinks like 108

@@smknochs1 that’s awesome! I have a store by me (binnys) that releases 3 different store picks at 3 different proofs at a time. Just scooped one that’s 127.5, haven’t cracked it yet, but I bet is gonna be good

@@dannydodd4452 that is right… that is the one that hit me in all the wrong ways… I thought it was way low proof if I remember… I just double checked… it was..
