I have 2008 model Bullet standard 350 want to modify and fit 500 cc oil pump will it directly fitted As it is or need to modify 500 cc pump in my casing?
JSB I hope you have seen the Video completely, which has a complete details and benefits of having it installed on a 350cc or 500cc or 535cc... Thank You... Disadvantage of installing on a weaker engine will smoke a lot for a high flow of oil.
Hi... Balaram, these Oil Pump Disks are no longer in production by the RE india. Currently, I am on a medical break. Once I am back to the track, I can get some pumps ready. Until then, you may have to wait for this product
Moi... Which Classic 350cc are you relating it too. It is the UCE 350cc or Vintage Cast Iron Series? If Vintage Bullets you are referring to then yes G2 till 2009 all Cast Iron Engines but Not AVL SERIES. if you are looking for an upgrade of oil pump for a UCE ENGINE then BS4 AND ABOVE SERIES HAVE A BIGGER and Better flow Oil Pump which is a perfect fit.... @@karthiks6326 okay for now what you can do is open the oil pipe and blow the air and see how the air pressure is If the pressure is less either side then figure out to clean. Use a high pressure water wash and you should be able to gain improvement in the flow
Hi, question.. Are the oil pumps for 500 and 535cc cast iron engines the same? If not, what is the difference? Are they still available? I was looking for a lightning for the longest time. Couldn't find a decent one, I then settled on a really amazing 500 std bullet with company fitted self start and disk brake. Now a lightning too has come up, and I'm having second thoughts I was made aware that the 535cc oil pumps, handle bars , bend pipe, meters, tail lamp brakets are not available. What are your thoughts?
Hi, Mahadev. Good to Know that your a 535cc Fan too... 1. Yes these Oil Pump Disks are made for the bigger bore 500cc and 535cc this can also be used for a 620cc mod engine too. 2. Yes this pump is available. All these Years I was also looking for one 535cc, likewise never found one in original condition. After that I dropped the 💡off hunting for one... I sold all the things you mentioned. I had 4 instrumental clusters. 3 bend pipes one double bend and 2 "C" type.... 2 ALLOY Bores and 4 535cc pistons 2 STD SIZE AND 2 OVER SIZE. Followed by a new cylinder head. After selling all these goodies. I found a Engine, now I have the 535cc engine but no complete above mentioned. Tail lights wiring harness and other parts can be managed but the main thing is the Engine parts. The one you have should be anywhere from 2003 to 2005. If I am not wrong. Thank you for the prompt reply, Right now, I have a 2006 std bullet 500, with the CI engine. And I'm quite happy with it. I just can't seem to get the lightning out of my head. This person has changed the block and head with a 500cc, and has added the same sized Japanese bearings. I'm.tempted to try and see if a deal can be made. I know for sure that std 500 parts will be around and can be had for the near future. But 535s is going to be tricky. I am thankful to guys like you that keep the tradition alive. I do not have the knowledge and expertise by a long shot, I can only appreciate dedication of the people like you, who keep the love for bullet alive for idiots like me
