A memory issue along with some bad timing and a terrible misunderstanding by the City of Brisbane planners is suspected to have brought this about. Perhaps it's been widely misunderstood. He had been employed to help out with a feasibility study and community impact analyses in relation to future planning initiatives pertaining to public "short drops" in and around the Logan Road area back around 2018. These were to have been considered by the City of Brisbane as being temporary experimental "poop holes" that they could be examined on a smaller scale in relation to major future events where and when both the existing and temporary lavatories in the city were being utilised beyond immediate capacity. These experimental shallow holes were to contain a short life, non-toxic antiseptic and poo breakdown chemical, and the City was to arrange for these holes to be regularly emptied. Due to a serious problem he had regarding memory, each time that he carried out another dump, he would simply forget where he'd dropped the load, and this was why no standby crew could clean any of it up either. A small team of dog walkers with poop bags were initially hired to collect the waste, but due to an industrial dispute over meal allowances, they called for general strike action, and consequently the waste was not officially collected. The pot hole diggers for the "short drops" were also out on strike over pay and work conditions, so Mr McIntosh just dropped his load on the footpath, thinking everything was OK. At one stage the City of Brisbane had called on the Port Phillip Council in Victoria to send in clean up work gangs to take care of Mr MacIntosh's droppings. This was because they'd been complaining for years that they'd felt guilty about being parked up nearly all day long, with no work to do. They'd told the press that they'd be happy to travel the distance to Brisbane, just for something to do. Hope this explains these events a little more clearly. BTW: I'm a Barbie doll.
Joggers gut ? Why is she trying to justify or explain what he did ? He didnt go behind a bush or somewhere away from public areas but chose to do it always on a footpath. Some complaint with local apartment owners perhaps ? Vile man, also a governor of one of the top private schools IIRC. Similar case on Sydney lower nth shore with a stupid old git who crapped in the entrance of a restaurant a few times. He had a feud with the owner.
My Feeling is that this individual (MacIntosh) is not likely to have been a person who has a flasher type pooping fetish. He seems to have been sending a twisted message of some type to the general community or at least to those living or working around the vicinity. If he received a $378 fine, it might be that he never explained to the court just why he'd been doing this. Seems to me that this was a message of his disgust or anger over something or in relation to some group which he had some serious issue with. Was it in relation to available local public toilet facilities, the inner city after hours CBD management, the state of the area itself, future planning proposals, a particular element, what? Perhaps we will never get to know just WHAT caused him to go this far with his "expression".
