I have been a fan for 20 yrs and he just keeps getting better. I had a stroke which required surgery on my brain which I had to be awake for. It took four hours I had the operating room jamming BucketHead music the entire time. I figured if I didn’t make it I could at least that was the last music I heard before they took me to heaven. I lived but my operating room was jamming great music the whole time.
Love this story. Such peace of mind through a serious endeavor is paramount. I wish you great healing. Please continue listening to Bucket’s music which is naturally deep and healing in its own right. 🤘
Saw him live in May 2019, guys in his 50s. It was fucking insane, he literally made like 3 little mistakes that only a fan and guitar player like me could notice. He played an hour and a half set to a tiny room of like 60 or 70 people and it was nuts. He put me into a trance, it was crazy, and I'm a sober person.
My dad took me and 2 friends (we were in 8th grade) to see him on the same tour. Outstanding performance, we were all totally blown away, even my dad who has seen the likes of Yngwie, Satriani, Vai, Petrucci and most of the other greats live. I had heard 2/3 of his discography at that point, and learned to play at least 30 of his songs, and still was shocked at how good he was! He messed up maaaaybe twice in the whole 2 1/2 hour set. Both his memorization/improvisation skills are ridiculously good and his accuracy is unlike anyone else's, and like you said he'd just turned 50 and still very much has it. Truly a one in a million player.
I've been lost for a long time, I've played more than 30 yrs,,I'm an excellent guitarist that has learned from the greats,,randy,,satch,,via,,,stevie ray,,but now I truly have heard the best and can go knowing there will never be any better than bucket,,,,so with that being said, keep rocking buckethead,,,I'll miss your feeling and soul....peace world!
This man plays with his heart .and I'm glad I e got ears to feel this masterpiece .he's a underrated guitarist that needs to hit the masses the radio needs to play his pieces so the whole world can come together and have peace .rock on bickethead👌🤘🖕🎸
White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindi, Athiest, Democrat, Republican, Liberal, Conservative, Elderly, Youthful, Capitalist, Socialist, Optimist, Pessimist, no matter what you are, we can all agree that this music can unite a world's worth of people.
That’s such an American list of labels, you know you don’t have to think of people as those categories, and just think of them as people. The problem is the constant labelling of people
I discovered buckethead in the start of the pandemic and i remember this specific track made me want to buy a guitar and start practicing so i one day would be able to play it my self or somewhat closely. I am not there yet but it is getting closer and closer day by day. I just went through ten days of hell. what should have been a easy operation went terrible wrong and caused me to almost pass away. But now i can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and the doctors have brought positive news for ones. i listened to this song again after the good news and i could not hold back the tears because i can see my jerney in the music. Sorry for my English in advance
May you achieve all your Dreams and most importantly, Your Peace Of Mind. Keep Moving Forward Soldier. Keep Manifesting, Keep Visualisation and you Achieve Everything in God's Name.
Such an amazingly powerful & emotionally charged trip to a higher Realm of Consciousness. Buckethead is truly a literal Prophet, speaking thru his Gibson guitar to all of the masses. Mesmerized, Awoken, & now achieving Tranquility & Total Peace.
@@fatememighani3459 one of my students sent me a song from him and I instantly got hooked. He is the best. Fateme, listen to his song named Coupon. It is pure magic.
Man , Mr. BucketHead , some of your music goes in through my ears and straight to my heart . And I see it in my mind . Makes me feel right in a crazy world . Thank you sir !
I would love so much to have the chance to see him in concert once in my life 🙏. Not possible anymore I m affraid because of his health concerns ❤ Love from Belgium.❤
The song title is perfect. This is really reaching out to my soul. Puts me into a relaxing zone that I don't wanna get out of. I hope everyone feels the same.
@@trollingstones6257 Buckethead really just does whatever he puts his mind to so sometimes thats just random noises but when he wants he makes the most soul touching music I have ever heard
Ahhh how my spirit bellows listening to this. What a true inspiration this music is...such raw emotion. This almost makes me feel closer to God in the way that it has a certain humbleness and graceful approach to such a melodic instrumental metal sound. Very powerful stuff, soothing to the soul with positive and uplifting vibes and riffs that can make u melt. Hats off to you Buckethead, it's a rare feat to deliver both emotional and spiritual enlightenment to someone through the gift of music...so glad I found this, I'm a fan for life. Thanks brother
This is not some music you put on as background just to avoid silence, although it may not have lyrics, this is a song that will make you feel a different emotion every time Buckethead touches a string on his guitar. This music is magical when you listen to it instead of just hearing it
This man is cosmic and his music is astral. دیگه مثل این هنرمندی نخواهد اومد. خوشحالم که یه ایرانی رو اینجا می بینم. با گیتارش داستانهای ژرفی رو می گه. He is my hero.
Buckethead est le resultat d'une large variété d'influences musicales:au-delà de la virtuosité, feeling , agilité, sobrite la bonne musique tout simplement.
I’m sure in the very beginning when people were introduced to “Buckethead”, it must have been very funny for the audience to see a mysterious man with a guitar wearing a “Kentucky Fried Chicken” bucket on his head. However, once he began to play, I’m sure people then began to say: “Ok. Now this is not funny anymore...” :))))
Unfortunately, hundreds of great Buckethead tracks are not on Spotify (nor any other streaming platform). Not sure the reasons for this, but at least I can find most of them on RU-vid.
I've been holding off doing this.. but it's time. People, there are English phrases baked into the note stream. There may even be literal stories or sentiment themes within a song. Start with the live show footage where he's clearly emotionally into it and mouth the tones, eventually you'll find what he's put there.
What? You mean you wouldn't somebody mumbling with a speech impediment talking about money, bitches, and how cool they are over this?... All with auto tune of course.
What I don't understand is how everyone wants lyrics, but no-one really listens to Purcell any more because all his songs have vocals on them and that type of vocals has gone out of fashion such that people would rather not hear it.
