This song is about the mother country and how it's so precious in our hearts no matter where we live. This is so so touching song. I live in the US and when i heard this battle for the first time it was just amazing and i just melted. And these singers were just OMG. One is the professional opera singer and the other one is Mongolian traditional singer. Amazing pair. Never thought this 2 different style's are gonna work together like this. Just beautiful! I hope you'll find the translation for this song.
I totally agree what you have said on your post (@Zula Bold). When I first heard this battle I got goosebumps and my tears went down. This battle was outstanding! I can't describe how it made me proud, miss and respect my country.
Thank you for receiving this song so emotionally. You have proved that music is the only thing that can make you understand a language you don't know with every melody. This song is deep in meaning and Mongolian language has a huge vocabulary, so it is not possible to translate this song into English. It is a song that means that Mongolians are the richest when they are with their mother, father and motherland. Mongolia, located in the heart of Central Asia, has a population of three million, but it is still on the world stage with its ancient history, customs and culture. It was a wonderful show where world classical art and Mongolian classical art performed on the same stage😍
METE ARTIST Here I have tried to translate this song. Basically, the Mongolians have really wide range for music taste. We sing about our country, our family and even the horse or nature etc. Because we are the only nomadic country left on the earth and we proud of it, love about it. That's why I think we express our admiration towards our culture by this kind of songs. .. . . . You are forever in my heart A blissful wide my country The smooth blue sky in a far You are forever in my eyes A pure blue my country The wind that wipes my sorrow You are forever in my heart and in my eyes You are forever in my dream Calling me with a quite prairie and mountains from a far Calling me to come like father Praying "bless my son" like mother My country Even though I sang I miss ( or could imagine it) So, basically this song is like poem and in Mongolian language it's extremely wonderful lyrics. I really tried my best to make you understand it since you only make reaction on Mongolian music. (Mundag orchuulagch etr bish shuu. Aldaatai zuil baival zasaad uguurei manaihaan kk.)
I appreciate the translation!! I have always loved Mongolian culture since I was young, and this song and the meaning is beautiful!! Thank you for watching!!
No Western singers can top Mongolian's spiritual, free will, haunting, spacious singing. Watching western singers is like watching the Hollywood, watching Mongolian singers is like watching the beautiful nature.
