the light side and the dark side, yes the trailers are basically them and their evil counterpart maybe the corrupted ae. you can understand it at Karina's trailer where the narrator keeps saying the opposite of words and at the end "Good Evil"
girls might be fighting corrupted versions of themselves that were created during hallucination quest. If you notice. The real aespa members are all together driving in the car. They have these weird gems on their nose. All of a sudden they get hit by a car and then you see Karina standing in front of the burning car but she has no crystals on her face. We can see winter with face crystals speeding away from cars on a bike. Then it cuts to the black and white scene and it shows “fake aespa” causing chaos and fighting each other in the real world these are the infected copies trying to ruin their reputation and cause division amongst the girls (Ning Ning letting winter fall) they then realize that it is still an illusion and they come together (winter not dropping karina, Ning Ning breaking the false glass)
Ningning talks about her alter ego and Karina is all about her being a celebrity in the day and assassin at night or there's 2 karina, as seen in her video there's the 2 words opposite like "Good - Evil" maybe the pink one is the impostor and the black one is the original Karina.
There's actually a theory that the next villian cloned each aespa member and misleading the girls. Cuz you can see another Giselle listening from behind the door when the real Giselle was fighting with Becky Also what if Becky was right and she saw the other Giselle actually??? And you can see 2 side of winter too n what If the voice from the telephone was the villian misleading her ( probably aettuddae). Also the other karina wants to destroy or burn down the real karina ( black outfit one) (also you can see the taxi driver fainted n karina drove the taxi) and at last for ningning she's aware of her clone or fell for her and wants to be free like her

I'm not that new to aespa since like I mentioned it in 1 or 2 of my reactions to these girls - I've been there when they had their debut.I just wasn't super into them at that time but that changed and now I would like to catch up with everything and enjoy my first official comeback with them 😊 I definitely did not see (heard) : Beautiful Christmas, songs from Drama/Savage/Girls albums, any collaborations or OST, dance practises plus different live performances such as those award shows. Other stuff from your list - I did see/heard. I think I'll start my proper journey with aespa from the beginning so from those "movies" that SM released.

seem to have the theory that villains are cloning as aespa. that's why in Giselle's teaser, she said “i didn't see him yesterday” & “i didn't say that." Giselle thought it was Becky who spread the rumors but actually there's another Giselle who is talking as 'her' and the one auditioning was doppelgänger who re-enacts the Becky & Giselles's fight after she eavesdropped them. The guy said "this isn't you" because he knows how Giselle usually act, meanwhile Becky said "this isn't you" because all this time she spent it with the doppelgänger. For Winter's it seems like the villain clone killed the guy and the real Winter got the blame for it. For Karina's, it seems as though the villain clone was masking as Karina for some event or something and that's why she was evil against the taxi driver and why she changed from the pink dress to the black dress. And when she changed she had the dark makeup, so to make us assume that's the villain clone Karina while the true Karina has the glitter eye makeup. NingNing's I don't totally get other than she mentioned something about a love story. But I think it's part of the whole concept of aespa's where their avatar is supposed to be who they present themselves to be online. So maybe their avatar's have been hacked or something and are in the real world and presenting as villains.
The part with Giselle is so good when now I have more knowledge,thank you so so much for all this. Also part with Winter makes it so much more tragic since she had to take the blame,gosh wow just wow,I will learn more about aespa'a lore.
