Fuwawa is the one with a softer higher pitch voice. Mococo is the one with the deeper louder voice.

You could have known who was who in the Fuwamoco cover if you had turned on CC, since it was color coded, blue for Fuwawa and pink for Mococo (and yeah fuwawa is long hair, pink hair big personalities, mococo is short hair blue hair and tummy out)

Fuwawa is the largest chested one and Mococo is the smaller one and it does show them on screen when they are singing Nerrissa is gonna give us a lot of covers to full appreciate her voice. at the time of this post she is releasing her 3rd tonight Bijou voice is clear like crystal which fits her theme cannot wait for more from her she works as a nice contrast with Nerissa in group songs thou and Shiori is Shiori I cannot explain it otherwise

don't know if you've watched their debut streams or not, but I think all of them can or understand japanese to some extent. FuwaMoco are the most fluent, Nerissa can read 2000 kanji but not confident in her grammar, Bijou can speak a little, or basic Japanese and Shiori probably can understand and speak little japanese as well. their group song is a banger. I've been listening to it since it was released :D Nerissa was professionally trained in vocal (she used to join theater/choir). in their first collab (right after FuwaMoco's debut), they said that they leave the hardest part of the song to Nerissa (which are all the long, high notes).

The song that Bijou covered is the OP of Houseki_no_Kuni, a 2017 anime about (appropriately) living gems.

Shiori isn't very confident in her singing voice which why she's the only one who didn't do a cover.

I believe it was actually translated by chocoyouchuu. The English Translyrics aka translating the lyrics so that you can sing it to the original melody was done by Nerissa herself. Which is also a difficult thing to do. It's one thing to translate the lyrics but another to make it fit with the original melody which was made for a different language to fit.
