Hi, Adam! What a great performance and she was accompanied by Rob Christie, a Grammy award winner (twice) on the piano. In fact he has been with her for a couple of her originals as well. Her English is superb, her fashions are well thought out and her poise and confidence are always on display (since she was 7 years old). Yes, you are right. She never ceases to surprise us but one thing remains the same and that is she is distinctly Angelina Jordan and I believe she stands alone particularly when you look at the complete package she is. Those engineers must be having a feild day with that voice. That mic picks up that warm bed of sound from a broad larynx with the crisp tones on top of the consonants.
