Rudy discovering Roxy is probably the work of fate. There is some kind of fate system in mushoku tensei. And Roxy is one of the character that has the strongest fate

Spoiler: Yeah, I thought of that too. If I'm not mistaken, unlike Sylphy, Rudeus and Roxy were fated to be together.

@@MysticAstrea Nope. Spoiler . . . . . . . She was fated to be saved by another adventurer and fall in love with him. Rudeus has no fate related to him due to coming from another world. Eris for example was fated to be together with Luke. I don't quite remember Sylphie's fate.

@@luck_adianteSpoiler That statement is not confirmed because Hitogami is the one that said it. He is full of lies. We don't really know what is true or false from his mouth. Even then, that didn't even return her feelings. Orsted even stated Roxy never married anyone in all timelines.

@@MysticAstrea so does Sylphy too, she did not marry anyone and surpassed her master Roxy exploits. She became a well-known labyrinth conqueror. If Rudy married Roxy first then there is no harem happening because Migurdia is a monogamous race. If he married Eris first Rudy probably would have beastkin harem but no other human woman This is the main reason why Sylphy is the best wife and best girl in the series

22:47 don't worry, aninews is not giving any spoilers and just throwing especulations of what you or the characters might think given their current knowledge. I don't remember this actually getting explained in the LN but in season 3 there will be some info that could serve as clues of how Rudeus found Roxy but it is still something we can't say for certain. I'm just gonna say, it probably has nothing to do with the man-god
