What I hate about expensive mansions is that a lot of the time the architect only cares about making it big so there’s no reason for some of the rooms so u end up with multiple dining rooms or living rooms etc that never end up being used DESIGN SOMETHING USEFUL PLSS

Semi-precious stones are things like quarts, jade, amethyst etc. "precious" just means expensive in this context, it was a more accurate name in the past before most of these things became pretty cheap.
