It's more that this is the extreme level of luxury and that some people in this world - even though they work their ass off - are stuck in such poverty that they cannot afford food. It just doesn't seem right. If there's enough money for million dollar mansions isn't there enough money for everyone to eat appropriately and own some shelter. All people deserve a chance at a good life and many people don't get that chance because of where they're born. It seems morally wrong to let others suffer when you could easily help them by parting with a small portion of your wealth, which could open so many doors for so many people.
