My own mental head cannon, could this song mark Boi What transitioning to another character. Like maybe stepping away from plankton for the next couple songs he makes. Marking this the "death" of our favorite anti hero plankton.
What I absolutely ADORE about people like Boi What is they exist at this magical intersection of passion, memes, lyricism, and general talent. It makes for some of the most inspired and incredible music youll ever hear because you can tell Boi What is enjoying this as much as we are. Truly a talent of our Generation.
The villains of our childhood cartoons are... "GASP" complex and flawed characters, slightly dark but oddly optimistic! I love what Boi What has done with Plankton... theres a whole hidden backstory to him, that doesn't conflict with established lore. I would love this to be expanded, Plankton deserves his own mature and dark series, and the potential to mine countless other nostalgic gems where there are gaps in the characters we know is endless. Edit: I really get MCR vibes from this... miss those guys, I'd have been a goth wearing bright colors when I was younger.
They came out with a new song in 2021 called The Foundations Of Decay but all they've done since then is makeup releases. But yeah MCR is awesome though I discovered them when they were broken up since I was literally 3 when they started becoming popular

I've been summoned by the algorithm, but this video made me really go back and actually think through the lyrics When you go back and listen to it a second time, the phrase "and years from now the ocean will erase how they were wrong", also makes you realize that the earlier lyrics "I see the light from the ocean floor" suggests that his goal is so great that no amount of life or time would be enough to accomplish what his hopes are. This gets emphasized more by "The bigger they are, the harder they fall, but what if you hear nothing at all?" which implies that even after he's done all he could, it amounts to nothing in the grand scheme of things. Perhaps I'm just reading too deep into it or misinterpreting things though.
I just realized that all the songs that Boi What did with Plankton, have a story for end The begin with Plan Z to the war of Neon Tide and the End of the story that is the Funeral of an Antihero I kind of want to see a reaction of the 3 in 1 video just to see the timeline
The use of ai for the video is beautiful to me. During the breakdown i become hypnotised by the figure playing the guitar and slowly walking towards camera, so sad and dark but the emotions are so complicated
Hey Dave, just to let you know, if you've heard of 21 pilots, they just released a new song teasing their new album coming out, I would say, if you haven't heard them to start from the beginning, because they are such a great Christian duo band, to me, they are my favorite of all bands. Edit: and Gore, they have 2 really good rocks songs out, that you would love

Hey man, never feel bad or regret being philosophical. I love that, I eat that shit up, its what makes you one of my favorite reactors to just come back to over and over. And it allows you to add so much to videos in a way that never comes off as annoying or repetitive or pointless. (Granted I fast forward a bit in videos sometimes but that's cause life is busy that doesn't mean what I said is any less true! keep it up man! Love your work, and dedication!)

Good to hear. And yeah I'd say so, its only fair I explain the origin of my pfp. Its a picture of a Clown Girl Bimbo made by Kobi-TFs over on Deviantart. Specifically it can be found in his "Silly Clown Girls" folder. I liked the image and so I used it and have yet to find a image I'd rather use to be honest. Credit to you though that was the most original way someone has drawn attention to my pfp, usually they just say some variation "Bro, what's your pfp? (insert skull emoji)" so that's refreshing. I agree! I love this channel and feel like its adds so much to the original video, brings up interesting points, or allows for a better appreciation of what's being presented then *some* reaction channels I've seen and I find myself coming back to him time and time again. Not only that but he's kind enough to have a way to get a reaction that aren't needlessly complicated.
