Dip the strip into the bottle. Depending on how strong you want it in your blend, either stop at the first red line or the second red line (stronger).

Yup. Def read the IFRA certificates so you know usage and safety ratings. Not sure how that would play as a soap anyway, ya know?

For a soap safe version similar to that, try blending Very Vanilla and Suede and Smoke.
