Daniel & Bucky are so legit, Jordan Love is the best example of this. Fields, Mac, Trevor, Bryce are examples being in toxic franchises. This is why Eli Manning dad fought for him not to be drafted to SD Chargers. Teams matter where you land. Need a run game, defense to surround a young QB w an efficient OC to help mold the rookie Qb, most importantly an OL

Sam Howell will be that success story. He sat behind two starting veteran QBs his first year. The following year, he played 17 games and had the #1 backup QB in his corner. He threw for an insane amount of time for a first year starter. Didn't have a line, running attack, tight ends, and the worst defense. That experience will make the rest of his career a breeze i.e. Drew Brees.

The top 4 QBs all have elite traits and should be successful...where you go and who you play with will decide it. I honestly believe the QB that goes to NE is in trouble compared to the QB going to Minnesota will be successful.

There would be zero need for Washington to take Bo Nix or Michael Penix at pick 11. They can take the best defensive player available and then take Bo Nix or Michael Penix, at pick 23 or possibly even in the second round.

If the Vikings trade for pick #4, I bet it’s a three way with the Cardinals, Chargers, and Vikings. Vikings get #4 to assure no one jumps ahead, Arizona gets #5 and a 2025 pick so they can take MHJ, and Chargers get #11, #23.

Maybe the only thing that is true is all "good" QBs were allowed to play 40 games before someone gave up on them. Who are the guys that game back to prove the NFL teams gave up too soon? I see one outlier perhaps, Baker Mayfield. Maybe there are more??

Washington trading up to get Williams. Giving Chicago 2nd pick another pick in the second and fourth this year. And a 1st and a third next year. Cause Williams wants to play in Washington over Chicago. Daniels doesn’t want to go to Washington or Chicago, but if they trade up he won’t have to worry about that. Cause Chicago at 2 will take Harrison Jr.

No way. Chicago is taking Williams and that’s that. Williams has zero leverage. He has to play for the Bears or not get paid for 5 years and absolutely ruin his reputation. Cause the Bears would rather he sit out his entire contract than trade him.

@@sdorsain85 Pats trade down if they want WR. I don’t think they stick and pick. A QB will be selected with the 3rd pick. The Pats should try to trade the 3rd overall to the Vikings for Jefferson straight up. Vikings need a QB and then the Pats get the BEST receiver for that pick. IMHO.

😂 Palmer, McNabb and Rivers? How many SBs did they win? You start that conversation from QBs drafted since 2004 and forget to mention Eli Manning 2 time SB MVP. There's many more variables that determine who is or isn't a "hit" than the amount of college starts, the greatest unknowns are intangibles like heart, competitiveness, toughness, tenacity and personal determination and that dude is perhaps one of the greatest examples of that, unfortunately the only way to measure that is in big games and big moments.

I think everyone needs to stop talking about a haul from the Vikings. I know they are have great interest in a QB but Kwesi it not going to mortgage the entire franchise to move up, so he is only moving up for what he feel is a fair deal, and I think a future first is off the table.

Here’s where DJ & the rest of “Big Draft” is wrong about QB’s & why ONLY trying to find the “Superstar” QB is a very poor strategy. If you look at the history of the NFL, there’s really only EVER TWO or THREE true “Superstar” QB’s playing at any one time. There’s not the same 5 superstar QB’s for 15 years straight. DJ is chasing something he won’t find or has less than a 5% chance of ever drafting. Here’s the other truth bomb for DJ, remove the outliers of Brady & Mahomes and you have just as much of a chance of winning a Super Bowl with a solid QB as a “Superstar” QB. Look at Brees, Rodgers, Marino, Kelly, McNabb, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, etc. Eli Manning has more Suoerbowl rings than nearly every “superstar” QBs you’d have said gives you a better chance to win a super bowl than Eli. ie. Your belief is based in a fallacy.
