In the beginning, you can see her being thrown out of the house and the other people treating her badly. They're sticking it out and yelling at her, that's when the "storm" starts, people are running because they've got beautiful lives and they don't want to die, but since in that photo of the pupils, her parents probably died. She doesn't have anyone in the world, and she doesn't even have a place to live, so she went towards the storm because she doesn't care if she dies. wakes up and the world is much more beautiful (and I would say it's not a witch :D) That's about it.. no one translated it to me or anything, but since I know what she's singing I've tried to translate it as a story, only those who have live or lived a terrible life and wish to have it prettier will understand this story.
