13:14 I hate getting my hair bleached too but I've always wanted pink hair (unfortunately my original hair color is brown). But my aunt who went to school for hair recommended that I use a color corrector/remover (I'm not sure which, I have a bad memory) and it actually made my hair go blonde without bleaching it! It didnt make my my head itch and I also did not experience any hair damage like I normally did when I got it bleached!
