This version of Geoff is stunning, and evil, mesmerizing and utterly unforgettable. His character has so little redeeming value. Layne did a great job with J None, Eli and Cesar - did you see his air guitar pantomined while he went so high? The guard is Tony Wakim who happened to be there and put to work as well. I am so sorry for your losses. It is never an easy time. I really am glad to have you back. Do not worry about not being prime right now - most people aren't. You''ll get there and in the meantime we are here for you as well.
Layne is trading out with Geoff in the beginning for the bass, it's funny though, it really is hard to tell who it is with Layne, J, Geoff and Eli being able to sing bass. lol I know Cesar has been working on low notes, so he may be joining them soon. 🤣 Pretty sure Layne did the graphic as this song was his baby. Enjoyed the reaction, I don't mind the pausing at all, I'm here for YOUR reaction. I've heard the song... many, many times on patreon. lol
This is why we all listen to Voiceplay songs over and over. It is the only way to pick out all the talented work they each pour into the total performance. Why should we be mad at you for doing the same thing we do?
The music is always recorded ahead of time. I know he can do that, but I don't know if he did while he was recording. The consensus is that Layne did the lows when Geoff was singing. J is singing bass with the Navy now, and Eli has done the lower parts when Geoff was otherwise occupied. But Eli was singing..... and it could have been Geoff double tracked. When this dropped on Patreon I was binge watching it for days. Layne did the video, so he probably added the graphics in Geoff's eyes. I love the karaoke track at the end.
Hi, I'm glad you're back. No need to apologize - anyone who's an adult knows that stuff happens and things don't go as planned. You're right - there is a lot going on in this one!
To be fair any of them can take over the bass if necessary but it may just have been Geoff layered. They do a lot of layering these days. Whoever has the original concept, in this case Layne, is then in charge of the whole thing right up until it's sent to Ed Boyer for the final mix. It's virtually a one man show, whoever does it, Layne, Geoff or Eli, usually.
Welcome back Pappy! VP just keeps getting better and better…this is an amazing rendition from Layne. Kiddos to Ceasar’s guitar solo and his ending note was sick. So glad to see J-None once again. Cheers mate. ❤
man i love your reactions.... "They do all at once including the kitchen sink" "I dont have enough ears to listen to this" :-D and there is no need for an apology when personal stuff happens. i think everyone understands this things! ❤❤
Welcome back, Pappy! Don’t worry about pausing “too much”. We’re here for the reaction, and you did give a pause warning. If there is too much happening, then pause more often. Shoot - replay a section to hear it again. This is YOUR channel. I love your reactions, and I’ll keep coming back for more VP and Geoff.
Cesar's there proving he can sing the guitar part from "Nothing Else Matters" if needed. (But VioLayne is too awesome.) Layne's "Burn It" gives me chills every time. Geoff's belting high notes... sheesh. I think we've gotten so used to his subterranean bass, now he's gotta flex by going the other way up, and I love it. He's challenging Eli for the title of "rock god." J.None is def part of the group, I don't care what anyone says.
Good to see you back and hopefully life is more stable if ever that can happen. It is impossible to listen to a VP cover and pick out everything in the first 29 or so attempts. There is always something. I can see why a few of the reactors on here have 2 run throughs. 1 for the visceral reaction to the whole thing and the next to just enjoy everything going on.
If it helps, you're right, it broke a lot of people - and they were reacting continuously. Not sure that there is a shallow end any more with VP or Geoff. Loved your reaction.
I'm sorry for your loss. A death in the family always causes upheaval and is emotionally challenging. I'm glad you took time for yourself and your family. Take as much as needed for your mental and physical well-being. I loved your reaction! This has broken a lot of reactors...so you're in good company 😄
So sorry for your loss and that you’ve had a tough month! Hope everything will be better from now on! Video is almost always the same person who arranged it. So this time I think that Layne did the video (concept, editing, etc., perhaps even lighting since no one else (Eli) is credited for it). Eli almost always does the lighting, though.
I'm sorry things haven't been that great for you recently, but I am very happy to see you back, especially on this video, even if it did break you a little. ☺
I am so sorry for all the troubles you've been having in your life, but it sure is good to see you back. Good song to come back to, as well. I was thinking of you last night and wondering how you were doing. Keep taking care of yourself. 💜
If you see Geoff being stretched and out of his comfort zone, you can be fairly sure Laine did the arrangement. He seems to know what Geoff is capable of better than Geoff does.
I am sorry for your losses. I hope everything gets better for you. I am glad to see you back again. You are my favorite reacter & so much fun to watch. ❤️ Cesar can go as high as Eli as he did in We Don't Talk about Bruno & Dream On. I think he accompanied Eli in his last high note.
I just came by to say it's good to see you again. And don't worry ab out us - if you need to take time for YOU, that is more important -although sometimes the music really helps.
Glad you’re back and I so enjoy your reactions, but please, no apology neededfor dealing with what life throws at you. And don’t rub your eye. I don’t know where you are but if it’s typical autumn weather, there’s a lot to be allergic or sensitive to.
I was wondering if you have ever watched anything by The Bass Gang? they have just put out 3 different Disney music videos in this order Arabian nights, Be prepared, and Gaston I know you will love them.
Welcome back! We missed you too. What a great way to come back. This was just fabulous. Layne did the bass until the beatboxing started. Then Geoff was double tracking. I loved cesars air guitar. So versatile and talented
Welcome back! 🙂 Sorry to hear of your losses... 😢 But you're back, and as you say, that's so important. 🙂 It's always a pleasure watching your reactions. 🙂 Yes, you chose a super beautiful song to come back into reactions, but wasn't it worth it? This song is so beautiful, with all its intricacies, changes, sudden variations, harmonies and so on. Loved it. 🙂 Take care, stay safe, and see you next time!
Welcome back. Don’t worry about us. We will be here whenever you come back. Everybody has already said everything I wanted to say so I’m just going to address your comment that you did not have enough ears to hear at all. I go out and listen to the karaoke track without the lead and I **still** am overwhelmed. If you’re going through a rough time kid you just need to take care of you and yours. RU-vid isn’t going anywhere. You wanted a song where Geoff went high at the end. Here’s a live performance of them doing Elvira where he and Earl are having a bit of a dispute over who gets to do which notes😂. Enjoy! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-o-BF0fjmUL0.htmlsi=EYmHzojYMthQ9RiV
