I love this song so much. 7P is basically part zero to his trilogy about mental health. The 3 songs of the trilogy are 1. I really want to love this world, 2. Madhouse, 3. Conversations with martian children. Thank you for another great Hua Chenyu reaction .
Thanks Adam for a wonderful reaction/analysis to Seven Personalities. What an incredible, powerful performance! It is another one of his art pieces. I love what you said..."You have no idea what you are going to get". He is such a unique and gifted artist; a brilliant composer and an incredible performer. He does see his voice as an instrument and is a genius in mixing genres within the same song, as he did here. Please continue to react to more of Hua Hua.
I really enjoy your commentary on Hua’s songs and performances .Hua is a true philosopher. He always mentions ‘relativity’ and he will see everything around him (including himself) from different perspectives .One of his songs, Bullfighting, expresses that too.
If you like vocalizing, you need to watch "Child" from the 2018 season of "The Singer". The first half of the song is incredible vocals with some amazing falsetto. The second half is some of the most amazing vocalizing you will ever hear.
If this is only the second rewiev of Hua Chenyu, you have a lot to look forward to. I've have some favorits, like Aurora, Angelina Jordan, Dimash, but Hua is one of the best. Great reaction. The last part reminded me of Matt Bellamy from Muse. Hua Chenyu has the same agility as Matt.
This is my favorite, true for many Martians. Just brilliant. His composition skills are amazing, not to mention his singing. He does things with his voice that I've never heard anyone else do. This is performance art. And no, this is not everything he can do with his voice. There's much more. He is a genius and the most creative person I have ever seen. I'm 70 and have waited a lifetime for this man to appear. Music is my life, and he is the top of the pyramid.

I Agree in & Ditto!!! I Just love Hua because of all of the emotional energy he pours into this particular song. Geat reaction! Just an epic magnetic performance. He actually debuted this song at his concert where he usually will first present his new songs before album comes out. He is not afraid to go outside of the box. So unique and refreshing to see. No matter if it's a cover or his original he takes you on a different journey in each song. And he did all his harmonies himself, every voice you hear is him! Thk u for your wonderful reaction! Hua is indeed one in a million. He is such a stage beast. The stage was so huge but yet it doesnt feel empty. His energy and aura just fills the entire stage. The good news is this is not a one off solid stage performance. He shines in every one, showcasing different personas based on the song he performs. Thank you so much for this reaction. Yes, it's hard to believe just how good he is. And this is only one tiny portion of his talent. When I realised he was probably the greatest stage performer of all time, I moved heaven and earth to go and see his legendary Mars concerts. They were beyond anything I have ever experienced, beyond anything I could have imagined. Hua Chenyu is unique. His artistic vision is boundless. This is indeed a piece of art. There are references to Chinese philosophies and religions that are not very easy to grasp for people from a different culture.

Back again. Love your reactions to Hua. There's nobody like him. Please, please, please, react to "Fake Monk" with the pre show interview. I know you will appreciate the artistry of it. I've said this before, during Fake Monk, I found myself holding my breath. You have to see and hear it to understand.
Hua Hua is unique, he is a complete artist, with an impressive ability to communicate on stage. People join his performance, to his rhythm, he feels it, lives it, suffers it and enjoys it all at the same time. It is impossible not to live what he is telling you in each song. Really one of the best I've discovered in China with Zhou Shen and Jam Hsiao, another artist you haven't heard yet and who has an excellent voice too.
Welcome to the genius of Hua Hua. Composer, arranger, producer, singer, rapper and everything else inbetween (including sounding like one of the instruments being played) All his music tells his own personal story, in only the way he can through his artistry. Shy and an introvert .. his creations (even re-arranging someone elses song) gives him voice that speak to millions, Food for the soul is our Hua Hua
Sensational! Unfortunately unless one has the means to travel to China to watch him live, those of us fans in the West will never see him perform live. Ah what a shame, but at least we get to hear him! Another very interesting listen is his audition performance for Superboy, back in 2013 - he called it 'song without words'. I'll give you a link in the reply section below.
Maybe it depends on what type of music you are in and you like his rap stuff more, or his reggae influenced pieces or his more ballad like stuff.. 7 P is a very different concept of a piece of music. The more often I heard it the more I liked it and find it to be brilliant now. :))

All have our own😉 but theres no «acted» emotions here… all true, honest and heartfelt… this artist is for real. But he has a few tricks that helps him get into the right state of mind… he digs deep 🙂
